It is very possible that these guys aren't the actual killers, knowing the manner with which the police force sometimes operate.

But that is one of the disadvantages of war. The moment the rule of law breaks down like Nnamdi Kanu has been encouraging it to, all manner of atrocities will be committed and innocent people will bear the brunt mostly.
