You cant judge "Rape, based on Gender", as long as Women define Rape as "Lack/withdrawal of Consent.

A woman that follows a man inside willingly, removes her dress, takes a Shower and wears the man's Pyjamas, has shown some willingness too, how can she now claim she withdraws consent?
And some Ladies can Ride a Man like GOkada, inserting him into themselves, l swear! undecided

The above is why in my own opinion, every allegation of rape needs proper investigation and forensic analysis, before the accused is labelled a Rapist, whether it is male or female.
