For me investment is a long term game so 10 or 15 years. Look at the likes of Amazon, how they grew overtime. I'm holding JUMIA and Alibaba and NIO etc till thy kingdom come lol na en make na money I no need dey there. Even took a line of credit (4% interest) to go back to school for masters just so I don't touch my stocks

Chaka really disappointed me yesterday. I was supposed to buy Nvidia at $599 but their crazy app kept throwing different errors. Contacted support, they couldn't do anything about it. I woke up this morning and voila, the price has gone up to $624 and it still shows potential to go even higher today.

Abeg who can recommend better apps for foreign stocks with low commission. I'm tired of Chaka.

What app is the best to use with cheaper fees? Passfolio, bamboo or trove? I'm based in Nigeria. I noticed passfolio gives free stock on referrals and has lesser fees than others but has a 15 minutes delay in price. Not sure if their stock price is accurate. Dollar is also N503.2 on passfolio.

This is David the founder of Passfolio - thank you for using Passfolio! I want to reassure you that if you submitted a withdrawal it is being processed. All withdrawals have been processed on time except for three. Two withdrawals had an error saying the bank was unavailable at the time of the request. When this happens we resubmit the withdrawal periodically until it processes. One of these happened maybe 1-2 weeks ago and was completed and there is another one right now we are working on processing.

One additional problem has come up with a misconfiguration in Flutterwave that we are working to fix ASAP that is impacting one withdrawal (I'm guessing yours). We only recently launched the Nigeria forex support so this bug is new but Flutterwave should fix the issue Wednesday Nigeria time. You did select instant so it should have processed by now - if you're the user that emailed support we already replied and gave a reward for the amount of the fees because of the issue. But yea AMC will make a lot of millionaires. The hedgies are definitely cooked.

Everybody keeps asking where the hedgies will get the quadrillions that might be needed to cover the cost of shares @ over 100k - 500k per, my answer is they should have thought of that first before trying to short a company into bankruptcy.

I just began signing up with passifolo and trove this morning. I have reached to the stage of verification both on trove and passifolo, only to come here and see that I could get free shares if I use referral. Pls how do I go about it from here.
Bamboo charges no be here, I even wonder if investors like me that trade less then $10ptrade make profit on the platform.
Also I saw a flat 1% commission rate on trove, is that true?

I funded my chaka account sometime in 2019. Lost my phone that year. Took another month to get one. Totally forgot about the app. Then this year I began thinking to invest again, coincidentally I downloaded the app and was surprised to see money waiting, then I remembered..

Long short I decided to get the cash. I requested for a payout by 15:34, friday. Learnt it takes a business day to process stuff. But this is Monday 15:48. Nothing yet. Abeg what do I do now?
...on the app is says 'succesful' not even 'pending'
