What Does Future Holds for Twitter Influencers in Nigeria, if Twitter ban is upheld by Federal Government? Some Influencers can use VPN, but not majority of their followers have that luxury. 21 Likes 4 Shares

Use a VPN problem solved. There are many free VPNs in the appstore and playstore and they will work just fine. Twitter isn't restricting IP addresses, so even blacklisted IPs will work 100%. The ban is usless because of VPN just as the ban on cryptocurrency is usless because of peer to peer. Nigerian government are not smart at all. 285 Likes 20 Shares |

I don't actually see Twitter-famous people as influencers. Most of them just have generic content and don't really make much of an impact in the online community. However, I think they are great marketers and it's good to see so many young people making a living off the internet. Nigeria is already struggling economically. Now imagine rendering more people jobless? That is why this whole Twitter debacle is sad. 27 Likes 3 Shares |

Banning Twitter will not stop Nigerians from accessing Twitter na. China didn't allow its citizens to use Twitter,Facebook and WhatsApp. But they stil use VPN to access it. So it's not a big deal 140 Likes 1 Share |

Am I the only one that doesn't understand what this suspension means? Does it mean people can no longer access tweeter web/app? If so, how is that possible? 2 Likes |

Now you all know why Twitter chooses Ghana as their operational HQ in Africa? No matter how many times a leopard changed it's name/environment, it'll always be a leopard . It doesn't change spot. NIGERIA or UAR won't make it change. The only way a leopard may change it's spot/behavior is by giving birth to new cubs. Freedom to Biafra Freedom to Oodua! 17 Likes 1 Share |
