I think the Answer is Yes! So if you have 2yrs program fast tracked to 1yr, then you're eligible for 3yrs PGWP
no sir.this example is different oo.if u do a 15 months course, which is not up to 2 years,u are still entitled to 3 years Visa.infact most masters are between 15 to 18 months but if u finish in 1 year, my dear u will b given just a year PGWP

Hello
I'll advise you to to read at least from the beginning of the previous thread like From thread ( 17 or 18)to get as much information as you need take your time it's worth it .then if don't really understand a particular information from what you've read you can then ask here for them to butress it. Because even at all if anyone is kind enough to list the steps and further complications.they won't mention it all or probably forget to mention something.
I'm saying this because this is what I did and it was helpful and I'm also an high school graduate who graduated last year.
It will end in praise!!!
hey

Thank you so much. I will start now.

What is the difference between visa and a study permit? Do I apply for both at the same time?

Yes. Submit your Waec print out, preferably original certificate, and your secondary school’s testimonial as proof of academic background.

Birth Certificate as proof of relationship with family sponsor. Notarized affidavit to show commitment of sponsor. CAC registration and Tax clearance certificate to show income of sponsor. LEtterhead sponsorship letter if using a company account as sponsor.

CAC documents of PA to show evidence of entrepreneur if not cancel it out.

SOP showing career progression of PA. Explain everything in detail, who is sponsoring you and why. How you’re related to the person. How much the person intends to give you for schooling. Your education plans. Long and short-term goals after school.

Family ties in Nigeria with birth certificate of parents and siblings. Landed properties can also be used.

Before submitting reapplication, make sure you fully tackle the following topics -purpose in Canada, finances and family ties

Ok

The Two PG. Cert programs listed below has components of Mining, Geology/Geophysics, Hydrology, Drilling which I feel is related to your Petroleum Engineering degree.

Take your time and go through all the contents in the links below

PG. Cert in Environmental Engineering Applications
Conestoga College, Ontario
https://www.conestogac.on.ca/fulltime/environmental-engineering-applications

https://www.conestogac.on.ca/fulltime/environmental-engineering-applications/courses?id=22106

PG. Cert in Environmental Monitoring & impact Assessment
Cambrian College, Sudbury, Ontario
https://catalog.cambriancollege.ca/empd/#falltext

The only downside of the above programs is that, it's only available for SEPTEMBER (Fall) intake. So if you are interested in any of the program, you are to apply for the FALL 2022 Admission intake. Fall 2022 admission application would open by Late JANUARY 2022
It's a one year program, what are my chances of staying back after the program.
can i talk to you privately?

In my opinion, the VO’s concerns are pretty much to be tackled if a decision hasn’t been made on your application
You could start preparing to reapply
Yes, you can pay your tuition deposit to serve as proof of funds for your next application.
If you aren’t planning to reapply, no need for deposit.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by OmaJoe1: 7:49am On Jun 05, 2021
If a final decision has not been made on your file, you could promptly address the concerns of the VO while you wait for a final decision. It is good you ordered for your Gcms note to look deeply into your application. I wish you best of luck.

Please if I may ask, how long did it take you to process your GCMS notes and what platform did you use to request for the note. Kindly help with this info.

Thank you.

**Please, help me with this questions**
1) My sponsor is my dad, if as a civil servant(him) without company, can he just give a letter of reference on his own that he is sponsoring me, without any letter headed company?
There is no company, and am not stating he is a civil servant in my SOP, but there are assets to fund my studies, must he have a company before he can write a letter of sponsorhip.
If he must cos of CAC sake, can we just register my mum's trading shop for business or dads cocoa farm or it's not need to register the farm?

2)How much should my dad as sponsor have in his account?
If have paid first semester tuition and having 10kcad(3m naira) in my account.

**Please, help me with this questions*#

It is part of the Nigeria visa requirement documents.

You can google search and read through page 3 to 5 of "Visa office instructions – Study [IMM 5832]".

Hello. Is the English proficiency letter gotten from your department? Who signs it? Faculty officer? HOD?

shawn55ng:
Dear Gurus,

I have uploaded my statement and letter of proficiency from my school.

Can I still upload the letter given to me by my school as proof of proficiency in English as I don't want to seat for this IELTS.

Will that suffice with my statement cos the time given to respond is too short for me to prepare.
