800k is very good price for boysquarters in phase 1. most landlords want 1.3 million but if you go to ikate you will see boysquarters for 600 k but its just one tiny room that even 1 bed will not enter so you will just have to sleep on the mattress on the floor and you cant fit any furniture in there.

Coming from the mainland to the Island everyday can reduce person life span na. Though some do not have any business being there, they just want to belong. There was a day accommodation on the Island trended on Twitter. Someone said some people are still in relationships that ended years ago because of rent.
