A beautiful thread was created asking if we support only Igbo Biafra, simply say Yes or No or just move on, Some extremely foolish entities jumped in and destroyed the thread.

Those forcing Niger Delta into Biafran and those claiming to be Niger Delta to spite Igbos, una no get shame??

On 29th, I travelled down to Warri from Nassarawa where I observe my Sit at home. These guys doesn't value Biafra, they don't respect the people that was killed during the war. If somehow they decide to go with Igbos, they will always see it as if we forced them into what they never agreed to. Biafra may become another country with ethnic Bruhaha like the zoo.

The reason why I don't blame people that hides under WE SS to spite Igbos is because If truly SS is in this Forum and they see all these name callings Outsiders hiding under their Monika posts against Igbos and Yet they don't speak against it, then they support it.

It's not a matter of War or conflict, Since they don't Trust Igbos, then they can join Ijaw and form a country of their own or remain in Nigeria after we scrap out all our people that was wrongfully given to them during state creation.

I couldn't read the show of shame in that thread.

Let Biafrans stop fighting to convince anyone. I personally drove around Warri, Ughelli North from Ozoro to Agbhara to Ogara to Onwere, e.t.c on 31st of last month, Believe me when I tell you that those people are not in the same page we are.

They don't have problem with us o, they don't fight with us o, But they don't trust us. They believe that "Hausa people and Igbo people are the problem of Nigeria (Always in conflict that stops the country from moving) remove both of them for peace to reign"

I don't mean that we should cut our relationship with them, but I think We should let them speak for themselves.

I have never supported the idea of including wasteful entities as Biafrans. I prefer Republic of Igbo land to Biafra. However if the majority agree on Biafra, I shall recommend Ndigbo and what was Biafra.

Udo diri gi nwanne. It's disheartening seeing a suppose freedom fighter, fighting those who say they don't want to align with them. I pray that God give them a discerning spirit. They say they don't want to be part of biafra, but hardly stand on our way in the pursuit for freedom unlike the yorubas. We should be fine by it and respect their decision. If you think otherwise, wait when biafra comes, they should be left to conduct a refrendum or fight to either be part of biafra or not. In a nutshell, niger deltans should be the ones fighting to be part of biafra. Otherwise, we should better be good neighbours to avoid another impending nigeria in the guise of biafra. Ndewo kwanu!.

Why are you guys creating these type of thread up and down. You guys should give it a rest abeg.

An Igbo only Biafra is what we want. MNK is pursuing a strategy by including others in the Niger Delta. If you know the uphill task he is has embarked upon, you will agree with him.

At the end referendum will be conducted in igbo only areas. What will I be doing in the same country with a warri person? Nawaoo

I always wonder why any sane Igbo would want to be in the same country with Nigerians irrespective of tribe. These are people that the only thing they have to offer Igbo is hatred borne out of jealousy. It's the same with having the Israelis with Arabs in the same country. The Arabs would not measure up competitively so their natural response would be hatred.

This is one of the issues I have with Nnamdi Kanu's brand of Biafra. The chap is obviously living in the past. The 1960s Eastern region had a measure of affinity among the tribal minorities and Igbo. the same affinity has long been destroyed by states. Even Igbo sub-groups like Ikwerre deny their Igboness as a result of the very effective work of the British to minify the Igbo strength and influence through state creation. Why then would anyone think of having a country with people you have nothing in common with?

I served in Ijaw land and I assure you that they, like most minorities are nothing like Igbo. In fact, they remind me of the North more than Igbos because these are people who see the government as a source of livelihood, unlike we, Igbo who do not even know if there are allocations coming into our states via federal government. What I mean is that these people have no drive like we do. They have insipid dependency on the state just like the Northerners. That is why you see them shouting oil...oil. These are rather people that would pull Igbo backwards the way Nigeria has pulled us backwards. I assure you that most southern minorities have more in common with the far north in terms of drive and industry than they have with Igbo.

Every objective person knows that given a level playing fiield, that there is no Nigerian tribe, in fact, no African tribe that has our sort of drive. Why then do we need an amalgam of tribes with Igbo? I think the best of concession that Igbo should make is even among a few Akwa Ibom tribes that have the similar traits of hardwork and who we have ancestral affinity with such as the Ibibio, Annang and Efik. Even at that, it must be subject to plebiscite. They must be eager to join us as seen in their seriousness in agitating for Biafra. Otherwise, I think an ONLY IGBO country is the best. These crude oil fixated tribes actually have nothing to offer Igbo. Also, Ikwerre must be left out of an Igbo country. They're better off with the Fulani and Nigeria where they should continue their bickering and genocides,

An Only Igbo country comprising Igbo in Bayelsa, Cross Rivers, Rivers (apart from Ikwerre), Akwa Ibom, Benue, Edo, Delta and Kogi is the real deal. In practice, we must understand that we do not need all these oil dependent tribes. they are an ill wind that won't blow us good.

Dude, until you understand that the people who push for Biafra do not care ONE HOOT about an ''Igbo nation'', the better for you.

That nationalist crap is just something your secessionist leaders like Ojukwu and Kanu and IPOB use to blind you, the Igbo masses, to their real intent - the seizure of the Niger Delta oil fields by and for that small, rogue group of Igbo elite formed by Ojukwu, under the guise of ''Biafran self-determination''.

This is why they never seem to care how many Igbos are killed in their 'wars' and 'uprisings'. 2 million, 3 million, 5 million, no problem.

Now they are killing their own in Igboland, just to create mayhem.

ANYTHING, to get their hands on that oil.

Nnamdi Kanu himself admitted that he was offered the 5 Igbo states as Biafra while in prison, and he refused, saying he must have the Niger Delta.

So much for Igbo nationhood, sacrificed on the altar of Niger Delta oil.

Biafruud is a laughable and idiotic land grab by some deluded expansionist Igbo miscreants. Igbos simply do not want to come to terms with the fact that no body likes them, not even Ekuanis. Many want out of Nigeria because they simply don't want to carry the same passport as Igbos for obvious NCAN reasons. Please by all means, get Biafra. That is South East Biafra.

I support you 100%. Everything should be subject to the desire of every Igbo sub-group. Even those that deny their Igboness. As I said with even Ikwerre, no Igbo speaking group should be made to join an IGBO nation through compulsion. We definitely wouldn't need a Nigeria-like scenario. Even if it means the 5 Igbo states only, Igbo should have its own country. But every Igbo sub-group in non-Igb o states must be given the opportunity to decide for themselves. Afterall, there are Tutsis in Uganda and Rwanda, while there are Hutus in Congo and Rwanda. Even Efiks are in Cameroon. What we maintain is that an Igbo Only country is desirable than these mixups.

God bless you,We are not against biafra. We are not igbo's,our language may look similar but Ika people have benin and esan culture.

If you look at the ancestry Ika people. We have ancestors mainly from Benin and esan, followed by Ndokwa and Igalas, aniochas and lastly small percentage of Igbos across the niger, who came to settle among us.

But you never see any Ika man claiming benin or esan ethnicity,we only acknowledge them.

So,you can see that we are not igbos. No Ika person is denying anything here.I can't speak for ikwerre people, they are in the best position to speak for theirself.

But IPOB keep making mistake and when you correct them, they will insult you and call you slaves and igbo hater. They even created Ika-Igbo identity which we rejected.

As ika person we will prefer to join the Niger delta or may be midwest republic,if Nigeria should break up.The benins are small forces for us to fight(incase they try to oppress us).In the ancient times, despite our blood relationship with benins sometimes we fought them and they know it.

4% of Ika people were carved out to edo because of Ogbemudia. If it was now it will not happen,as at then the benin were richer and more influential than us but today we Ika's are can withstands benin in both wealth and power.

I agree with you. Every insult will end with an Igbo only country. After all, the Israelis of today were insulted and murdered in the 30s. Can anyone dare Israel of today? This is why I hate seeing IPOB even talking Biafra of 60s that has expired. In practice, no serious minded enlightened Igbo wants other tribes in our country debar those that seriously desire it.

Nigeria does not need restructuring.

Did Lagos need restructuring to reach 450 Billion?

Governors, Senators, Activists use restructuring for ulterior motives. Nigeria has divided in geo-zone already ; what other division do you want?

Does Enugu need restructuring to reboot the coal mines? New technology has made coal cleaner, borrow money from China build the mines with public-private partnership. Supply to coal to IPP, IPP sells to the national grid. Enugu gets rich.

Akwa Ibom, Delta, Rivers, Bayelsa revenue what do they have to show for it? Will restructuring fix the problem that does not exist.

State police - Stupid excuse. Many states have constituted different types of security groups ; so that also a stupid issue.

The four states I mentioned; look at their state healthcare and education - what do they like.

Borno recieves far less than many states, yet building schools like their is no tommorow. How did Borno do it?

Those of them who doesn't want biafra have already spoken their minds, so here's my submission, we should conduct referendum on provincial enclaves of old eastern region. Citizens above 18 are to participate in this referendum, those whose province votes against biafra will be left in Nigeria to stay or fight for their own independence.
