The igbos are strong in business because of the circulatory flow of business ideas and commercial system within themselves.. No tribe has such business network. No tribe helps each other within themselves in business like the igbos. A business system where they bring in young guys and train them for some years and let them get established.

Unfortunately, even from that part of the country it ain't the talented that get favored. 90% of those with the skills, talent & experience are not even considered for such jobs. It's only the political elites, thier kids & relatives who get it. The sad part is, most of those guys are unqualified for the job.
