Hi, My take on this program. Please make sure to address employment prospects very very well when putting in with this LOA.

I agree with you.

Employment prospect explanation is key here for you.

I submitted March 1st. I actually got my response May 25th. I think mine was a bit fast cos I didn't submit so much documents for them to review.
Spectro:

I'm very sorry about this. I respect your perseverance and tenacity.

Please when in march did you submit?

Good day @ifeoluwadayofun

From Obalende or cms enter lekki alight at sand-field bus stop or oriental hotel you would see bikers give them the address and they would take you straight to qlife.

Hope this helps.

Thanks & GOD bless you.

For over 6 hours now, every time I try to login to my CIC portal, it redirects back to CIC home page (English/French selection page).
Am I the only one facing this issue ? And how can I solve it ?

Thanks but having two different guide via Obalende, then I will have to double check.

Olaa123:

From Obalende, take a bus going to Eko Hotel. Alight at the last bus stop. From there, you can take a bike going to Sinari Daranijo (I don't know if this spelling is correct). From Sinari Daranijo, locate Prince Odedina Street, it is Off Sinari Daranijo. Qlife is 155A on Prince Odedina Street.

This is rather sad yet painful. You will need to hire the services of an immigration lawyer resident in Canada and as you should know, lawyers abroad charge per hour. I would advise you do not correspond with cic yourself on this case. Check humansqaud.ca and chat them up to see if they can refer you to a lawyer over there.

Also check Ogayemi law firm, they are an immigration lawyer but rather expensive. Whatever your decision, you will have to bring closure to this case cos it will always arise whenever you have to apply to any other country.

I wish you well

Hello everyone. So I’m the guy that applied from
China but couldn’t pay for the visa application fee because I don’t have a Nigerian card with me, I had to give money to an agent in Nigeria to pay for the visa application fee. Then later I got an email saying there was a charge back on the fee and the agent quickly gave me another receipt and said sorry without explaining what happened. Then 3 weeks later I got a Refusal email with 5 year ban. I was worried and I requested for my notes. And it turned out that this same person canceled the payment again. Hence the denial and ban.

Please my brothers and sisters.
How do I lift off this ban?
Below is my notes !!

Please help

It's like we would have to be doing "to whom it may concern" everyday o. I emphasized on this issue not too long ago.

Immigration lawyer is your only chance. It shouldn't have happened in the first instance, and when it did, you should have taken the situation into your own hands. Hopefully you get a good lawyer. All the best.

I'm sorry for the delay man. You're still on the right track. I'm sure whatever concern raised will easily be addressed. All the best.

Hi Everyone,

My application was also refused based on personal assets and financial status. Tbh, my application was quite shoddy (Submitted very basic documents). It was months after applying I got to know of Nairaland and sincerely I commend everyone's effort for the input ( The info put out here is amazing). I have learnt a lot which will be applied in my next application.
I am self sponsored. I submitted my usd dollar account with lump payments in 2 tranches without any explanation.

I didn't also attach my salary account since there was no fund it which I realised I should have done now and not enough evidence i was gainfully employed. I just submitted basic documents(mbs, b.sc cert, transcripts,c.v and previous visas to various countries; realising based on this thread that won't influence the decision)
Although I tried salvaging my application after already 5 weeks off showing eligibility required by sending a webform with a more detailed LOE and additional documents. Thanks to Shupy for responding to my enquiries.

I got my refusal letter 2 weeks later. I have ordered for my gcms notes, trying to wait patiently for it. My admission was for fall 2021 but will have to defer till January 2022.
P.s I submitted in March, NSE route.

Hello Lianna2020,

As per the travel instructions issued by the GoC as a measure to slow down COVID-19 states that, a person traveling to Canada must be planning to stay and not leave otherwise, re-entry is not guaranteed.

The GoC has advised its citizens not to travel and the same goes for travelers intending to come to Canada for discretionary purposes.

In my opinion, take the foundational-level courses online from abroad while you prepare ahead for the planned resumption.

Best of Luck
I need clarification regarding this, what if the re-entry won't be anytime close to the date of departure from Canada? Like after a semester, one returns to Canada.

Elders in the house I greet , please I have a question, I valued my properties and both is about 30 pages combined, am I to scan all the pages or just the page that indicated the value of the property. My documents are more than 4mb even after compressing it.

Good morning house.

My husband got admission and full funding for a PhD. We are putting our application documents together (family application) and need your input.

1. Considering that he is in China while I am in Nigeria, would I be able to do biometrics in Nigeria?

2. Is it okay for his sister to send a lump sum into his account to add to the POF? (Explaining the lump sum in the LOE together with her bank statement showing the transfer)

3. We want to submit upfront medicals. Is he the only one to do medicals or both of us?

Thanks in anticipation of your kind replies.

Good day @darey360

If you can register for a dormicilary account then go ahead and fund it then pay with your card note that you won't be able to meet the deadline through this route...

Yes your sister can help you make the payment and about the exchange rate no one can really tell you that because it would be converted from pounds to cad and if she is using flywire (cause that's what most colleges in canada uses in receiving school fees payment) she would be charged in pounds and payment received in cad.

Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot
shupy:

Timeframe for FORM A is within 3 days to a month. It's just not reliable method when one is trying to meet a short deadline. Reach out to your sister. She should even be able to use her card.

Good day family. I have tried my best to read the much I could access, and the information was wonderful. Please, I have a few questions of my own.
I am submitting a January 2022/PhD application for Mechanical Engineering in University of Regina.

1. Do I need a supervisor to do so? I mean, is it compulsory to have a standby supervisor for this?

2. Is transcript submission and verification by WES compulsory? If yes, how do I go about it?

3. How long does the school's admission process take?

4. If I agree to fund my tuition while waiting for funding opportunities, do I sound desperate to the school?

Please, someone should please put me through.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by dupsydooo: 7:04am On Jun 09, 2021
Lekiboboe:

This is not advisable, most especially if you want to stay in Canada after your studies

Richard Robinson Fashion academy is a Designated Learning Institute (DLI) but does not offer Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP)

Going for a program that does not offer PGWP will diminish your chances of getting a PR (Permanent Residence), cos you won't have any Canadian Work Experience after your studies.

See the screenshot below

Who is this guy sef? I don't know but your replies always perfect....... Thanks so much.... infact I wrote them a mail yesterday in which they replied that they have closed for 2021 that I can apply for September 2022....... But mere seeing this pictures sir

Please you will guide me thoroughly for HUMBER COLLEGE......

may you continue to see favor always....... God will never leave you
