the next government will take it to port harcourt is part of west eastern rail line it most start from somewhere and lagos is the best place to start from. From it will get to uyo and calabar pls just get small sense. You are looking for all avenue to prove a point.

Lagos is not the best place to start! Lots of federal infastructure are already situated in Lagos! Uyo is good, let's start there! If we have some kind of lagos in Warri and Calabar, that will be fine..

The best place to start should be in economically viable areas that lack these sort of infastructures... Riverine cities with lots of capabilities! The next administration can then do that of Lagos since lagos is well off..

Lagos can actually do this project from her huge budget if Tinubus thievery will allow such. Lagos budget dwarfs that of Togo, yet Togo and Benin Republic can do projects like this but in Nigeria, we have to drag these with a rich lagos...
