Why not Heavy Gauge to lift all the tankers and cows between Lagos to North and across Nigeria where companies can pay for it and have it generate enough revenue to sustain itself as a business. Iya Mukaila will not take train to Okokomaiko for N2,000 when she can video-call for less

The train is near full every day. We’re not in North Korea so Iya Mukaila can still go take sole.

What's the use of infrastructures when the security system in the country has collapsed?
Helicopters from the Nigerian air force still escort some of the trains from abuja to Kaduna due to the presence of armed bandits and kidnappers!
Despite these infrastructures, only those who can afford the high transport fares will likely use the train!
