Your truth sucks, you had to lie and your truthful lie is/was the succor they needed. So it came in handy. Own your dishonest self.

About the latter (in bold), I don't seem to understand how people feel comfortable not respecting time.

I don't lie. I can't even lie if I wanted too. But this is my observations...most girls prefer guys that lie to them. I know that's hard for you to accept, but it is the truth most of the time.

There is nothing impossible in what the liar told them. The problem with lots of you Nigerian men is that you guys are basic at best, so you think every man is like that and convince yourself that some kind qualities are IMPOSSIBLE. If it were impossible, she wouldn’t have believed.

After all, no matter how skillful a liar you are, no woman would believe you have a house in space. Once again, own your dishonesty. You are the problem, not them. They have a spec, if you don’t fit into it, move. If you choose to lie, you have issues, issues way deeper than them having an “impossible” spec.
