I went there around 10am , didn’t finish the whole process until about 1:30 pm and I was asked to wait for 2 hours to get the certificate. So I didn’t leave until about 4pm

If I remember correctly, with a flexi appointment you book a date, but can appear any time within working hours on that date and will be attended to, while walk in means that you can just turn up without any appointment at any time and if they agree to take you, you'll pay 42k and they'll attend to you.

The money is still in the account right ? Print another one to be on the safer side . Though the rule is it must not be more than 30 days old but just save yourself the headache of overthinking and print another 28 days statement ..
