Good afternoon House,
I want to apply for study permit using my elder brother as my sponsor. He is 45years and 1am 40years. I have a BSc in Accounting (3.70/5) with over 8years banking experience. I was offered admission in Financial Planning (PGD)for Jan 2022.
I was shocked when someone told me that it will be difficult to get a study permit if I use my brother to serve as my sponsor. My elder brother is a business man.

Please I will appreciate if I can be properly guided so I would be sure I'm in the right direction both for the course and sponsorship.

Thank you.

Don’t mind them ....I applied December 20, my brother was my sponsor....visa granted May 19. And I’m currently arranging my luggage To travel next month. grin grin

Go check out memorial university PGD in business management

It's 3 years and you don't need GRE nor GMAT

Although It's super competitive. Minimum of 5years experience needed though.

https://www.business.mun.ca/graduate/gdba/gdba-admission-requirements.php

It will end in praise.

Thanks for your response. That course is for a year full-time for international students but can completed in 3 years for Canadians as Part time.

In some schools, you can only defer when you have fulfilled the conditions of acceptance and admission.

I'll advise you pay tuition deposit and then defer.

First thing is to start buliding your account statement.

Good Morning Everyone

I hope everyone is having a good morning

I submitted my Canadian Student Visa Application last week.

I would like to ask for inquiries about medicals for Canadian Student Visa

1) I would like to know how much it costs to do medicals in Lagos?

2) I would like to know how to book an appointment?

3) I would also like to know what documents that I am required to bring along with me?

4) I am planning on doing upfront medicals since I do not have a medical request yet. I would also like to know how the medicals would be sent to the CIC Office?

If there is anything else I need to know about, please kindly share

Thank you very much

No body is saying is not possible.

But he is a matured applicant at least he should have some funds of his own.

Because it worked for you does not mean it will for every other person.

If you sending from Lagos to Lagos and did biometrics in Lagos, no fee is required except dhl fee.

If you are sending from Lagos to Abuja , transmission fee of 7430 is required and about 14,000 or thereabout for dhl fee.

If you are not in a hurry , you can use Lagos vfs .
I heard Lagos takes up to 3 weeks of more to return passport while Abuja , the highest is 7 days .

The choice is yours .

Quick question pls: Is the passport stamped in Abuja or it goes to Accra?

My professional advice for you is to go for Master of Management in International Accounting and Finance at the University of Windsor. This is the best program for your profile and most applications I have efficiently handled were successful with it. Do this and share your success story on this thread.

It goes to Nairobi.

Thats why Abuja is actually faster.

If you send to lagos, vsf lagos sends it to abuja, then from abuja to Nairobi. After stamping all passports return to Abuja, and then to lagos.

Hi Honorable, you are welcome

Kindly ask your question or seek for advice here cos I might not have an answer to your question, owing to the fact that many applicants have different approach to their visa application based on their Profile e.g Marital Status (Married with kids, Single), Fresh Graduate, Graduates with Education gaps, sponsorship etc. In a Nutshell , no two application is the same.

There might be someone here in the group who might just have a straight up based on experience response to your questions and possible advice.

So Go ahead with your Question here.

Regards
