The second thing to consider when choosing a multiplier is the size of your deposit. Because of the more significant the leverage, the fewer trades you will have. It means that each one's amount will grow, and it will no longer meet risk management rules.
And I think trader has to look at the potential profit in the first place. It is higher with higher leverage. At least it's worth it.

There is some truth in what you say. But there is still a risk to be considered, I think.

Are you currently trading in olymp trade? If yes, the mode on which you deposited money in your account is also the way you're going to withdraw. However, if you are asking as a new trader, you have to create an account first in Olymp Trade and then do some profitable trades. You will be able to withdraw your profits, dont worry. You have to verify your account for a faster transaction.

My friend uses WebMoney to withdraw money from Olymp Trade. And if you don't have such an e-wallet, you can also try Neteller. The money comes quickly and without any complications in both cases, as I know.

Hi there. Who's already tried the Olymp Trade MT4? How are your impressions?

I tried it on a demo account. For me, MT4 is great because I use the strategy with the ratio of risk to profit calculation. And MT4 makes it easy to do that.

I love MT4! It's a great platform where you can customize everything. For example, you can download and install any indicator. You can take any Expert Advisor you like. And you don't have to adjust for the programs that are available in the company. You can always add something of your own, which is convenient and suits you best.

You know, after the comment about how with a small percentage of profitable trades to be in good shape, I've changed the platform on Olymp Trade MT4. Now I'm implementing the method that was written about here above. So I will report the results later.

Hi. Yes, I have begun to study the platform. I want to say that the FTT platform from Olymp Trade is still easier. But I'm not giving up. I've already opened some profitable trades using the same strategy described here earlier.

Oh, congratulations. What's the strategy? I can't find it in this thread.

I think we are talking about the method I described earlier. Well, if so, I'm glad that my knowledge is helpful to you. There is one more successful trader among us. And that's great!

Yes, it is. Thank you very much. I think I'm beginning to understand how trading really works. And it turns out to be easier than I imagined. It is possible to make mistakes here. Still, thanks to the calculation of risk and profit, the profits will be greater.

Um, the strategy sounds very impressive. So I'll give it a try, too. It's time to go to reread the earlier posts here.

Most traders know that daytrading is riskier and more stressful, but still prefer it over swing trading. I actually am myself like that. Even though I trade since a long ago, and know it all, still, the daytrading is my favorite method. I think that the issue is that I actually like trading and I don't mind spending a lot of time staring at the charts.

Personally I've never even considered Olymp Trade to be the place where I can successfuly trade using long term trades. that's good that the broker allows any type of trading, but if you ask my opinion, the fixed time trading functionality looks a lot more attractive with Olymp platform. I actually think this is why they've introduced MT4 - to make it comfortable to trade overnight to those traders who want it.

Sometimes I doubt that this is all true what is said about the better profitability of longer-term trades. Moreover, holding poistions overnight is also stressful.

It is indeed stressful. Yet, I think its true what they say about the better profitability. IHMo the higher is the timeframe, the easier it is to do the prediction. For some reason this is how it works. My best FTT deals are done using 1H timeframe.

Didn't try hourlies, but yeah, the 1 minute FTTs suck for sure.

I have found an interesting strategy for the Forex type of trading in the Olymp Trade MT4. It suggests rare entries and quite a long-term positioning on major currency pairs. The technical indicators include MACD, RSI and moving averages with different periods. The main timeframe to watch is H4. But it’s worth having a look at the daily and hourly charts as well. I’ve tried it with EUR/USD, GBP/USD and USD/CHF. As a result, the percentage of my profitable deals jumped to 70%. Does anyone have the experience of dealing with this strategy on exotic pairs? I can see higher volatility there.
Re: Can Olymp Trade Be A Full Time Job In Nigeria? by Whispereye: 2:02pm On Jun 16, 2021
Try a different indicator for GBP/JPY and EUR/JPY - Ichimoku cloud. It works fine with the cross rates of Japanese yen as it combines several formulas in one. The timeframes are the same. Can show possible reversal ranges, point out overbought and oversold conditions. It’s also good for taking profits, not just entering signals. MACD and RSI are too slow to reflect those volatile crosses.
Re: Can Olymp Trade Be A Full Time Job In Nigeria? by Rockrunner: 1:03pm On Jun 17, 2021
The H4 chart is too slow for my trading strategy based on fast and sensitive oscillators. Signals are rare and I need to hold positions for so long. The MT4 platform has adjustable settings for technical indicators, and it’s possible to find interesting combinations to filter the noise and increase the accuracy of signals. I use a Stochastic oscillator with modified settings of 13 and 5 periods, a Chaikin oscillator with lower overbought and oversold thresholds, and default RSI. Timeframes are 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour. I trade on EUR/GBP, AUD/CAD and GBP/CHF with pretty nice results.

I think I need to test these strategies on a demo account since I never traded with such assets. Thanks guys. I’m also considering channel indicators like Bollinger Bands, Keltner channels… But again, they do not work with all of the currency pairs. I have an impression that liquidity and volatility have a great impact on the type of technical instruments to use for the analysis and signals.

Channel indicators give me too many false breakout signals. For example, the Bollinger bands indicator show me a breakthrough but the price reverses. That happens during trends and when the pair is a sideways range. I can;t figure out how to differentiate fake signals from real ones.
