Good day all!!

Please, I want to make an enquiry.

My wife and I want to try this option but we want to know how good our chances can be.

I have a bachelor degree from Nigeria and I’m also almost done with another bachelors in an European country. My wife has a bachelor and a masters degree in biotechnology. She recently started working in a bank. We are both less than 30 years.

Please, how good are our chances..?

You should be able to create an Express entry profile with your IELTS score

But it’s advisable to rewrite IELTS again and target 8777 (in LRWS) to increase your CRS score and your chance to get an ITA.

Simulate your CRS score here: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

If your wife has at least 3 years of work experience, she’ll most likely have a higher CRS score cos she already has a Masters degree.

Just because they haven't been banned yet doesn't make cheating right and I'm not an alarmist

You are one. The test is very organized. If MOD fall short of standard, they will loose license but the test won't stop. After all, British council does their exam thru workforce.

I think it's best to apply as Married but click Spouse not accompanying. You get graded as a single person, get more points for your CRS scores. Then if you make ITA whenever they resume FSW draws, you fill that spouse is not accompanying as you are separated and going through a divorce now.
If you have already filed in courts by then, upload the document as proof.

Okay thank you

Your mother isn't your sibling and therefore you won't get the additional 15 points. See here for more info: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/criteria-comprehensive-ranking-system/grid.html

Thanks a lot.

Please, can't the school send directly to WES?

To my second question. So since we are not sure when they would resume draw for FSW, is it save to deduct the points now and plan with the adjusted CRS

Dennyjuff:

1) Yes your school can send an electronic copy of your transcript to WES via ETX.
2)If you’re turning 30, regardless of entering the pool or not, u’d lose points. 29 and below, you won’t

Your school can send it electronically. Depends on if the school is very familiar with Wes .My school did mine directly even though I paid for etx. I had to get my refund from etx
Yes,you can deduct and plan

₋ Conduct research within the fast-food industry to acquire information on market demands, industry best practices, and standards for operational competitiveness.

₋ Establish and communicate operational reports to management on process assessments, key findings and recommendations for operational improvements.

₋ Work closely with HOD on the establishment and achievement of operational objectives such as cost minimization, production expansion and process improvement.

₋ Conduct data analysis based on production output and sales, to uncover information for effective production and inventory planning.

₋ Develop operational documents and manuals for employee training and orientation.

₋ Monitor and supervise production staff to ensure product quality and standard are met.

₋ Liaise with vendors across the globe for procurement of operational equipment.

Does it fit for the NOC 1122 or any NOC suggestion? Appriciate all responses in advance. Thanks.
