Akwa Ibom have now made their intentions clear. The balkanization of the Niger Delta begins in earnest. Bookmark this, the Ijaw will front a newly revised republic in no time. They are actually the most up and doing group in the Niger Delta. This Ijaw republic will span parts of Delta, Bayelsa and one or two areas around Degema, Akuku Toru.

Ubani (Bonny) and Opobo will not end up in Ijaw Republic. The Jaja dynasty is likely to join up with their Igbo-speaking relatives.
Ndoki Igbo people are unlikely to abandon Ubani that they founded.

Akwa Cross would have been better as they are all compatible

I like Ibom Republic. I just hope it wont be a one time thing we never hear of again

They don't have much of a choice. They will join Ibom Republic. But they will be played to the back sha. Unless Ibom Republic will be fair to them.

BTW, Oga there is no way any Igbo speaking part of Igboland can be annexed by the swamp people except Ikwerre and Ika..
Look at the map below, those two yellow coasts down south is Ubani and Opobo.
The map doesn't even include Ikwerre, so they can annex those ones. We don't want them. They add no economic benefits to the Igbo nation.

When Igbos told them that there is nothing like Niger delta republic, they kept on fighting us with abusive words and online insults.

Oga Nationalism is different from NDDC politics.
Opobo has never entertained Ijaw stupidity offline.
If Opobo were considering Ijaw annexation, they won't be the ones taking pilgrimage to Amaigbo in the center of Igboland year in, year out.
They would have considered making Pidgin their lingua franca like other communities in SS.
But no, if you want to stay in Opobo, you have to learn Igbo by force.
Opobo is not negotiable. They are not a property. Or some inanimate object

A fight with someone that is annexing a lot of our coastal land will be a dream come true for us.
We pray they will be more violent when they come for the claim, so that we will have more visible excuse.

There's no such thing as ijaw republic, it's not even possible for ijaw alone to create a new republic.
