Now, I will love to know more. I know that Maitama and similar places is above my budget (all thanks to NDDC that ruined a lot of things ) and I'm looking for a mini flat. I might consider a two-bedroom as well. I'm looking for the cheapest possible area that still offers a sense of security and also looks decent. It would be highly appreciated if you guys can help me with this decision before I book my flight.

I majorly do freelance designs and can work from home but I'm hoping to go to offices in order to grow my network.

Housing in Abuja is very expensive. That's why I prefer other cities except my job is taking me to Abuja.
A very affordable location is GwaGwalada outskirts of Abuja.

Between 0 Naira and 300, 400, 500 etc. I just want the cheapest option with my consideration.

Well, like you've been advised Kubwa, also try Lugbe. You should be able to get something within your budget bracket.

Don't go to kubwa. Light issue is terrible.
Lugbe is OK but too populated.

When it comes to light, the aforementioned is one of the best locations.

350k will get u a spacious one bedroom @ lower usman dam or Dutse

Omo the first years I lived in kubwa with my family as a kid we got visited by robbers more than twice. As in proper armed robbery operation.
