I serious doubt that. I suspect a malware attack.

I have wiped the fone, it is still restarting.

I just discovered that the app is back to its proper self, the menu for download video is showing and am able to download the videos to the vanced youtube app and can be played offline only with the vanced youtube, it is just few videos have the menu absent.
What's the difference between Vanced YouTube and normal YouTube when they both download videos offline and can only be viewed in-app? undecided

If it was into phone memory na, it would have been worth it. Me I no get time for downloading into phone again. No time for stressful rearrangement and catalogue of library.

You get used to 120hz refresh rate and see it as normal until you see a phone with 60hz.

Depends on what you're comparing. High end smartphones with high end CPUs, having 60hz still produces amazing effects. It's not like your redmi Note 10 pro is gonna compete with IPhone 12 pro in smoothness because it's got a higher refresh rates, or even Samsung Galaxy S10 plus.
Also, some noticeable differences when U're comparing between two miui devices is purely because of miui limitations. A One UI device (lemme use the same S10 plus), and an ios device running at 60hz, both still feels smoother than a miui device (lemme use POCO f2 pro) running 60hz.
That's why miui needs to sit up.

Have you used the Poco F2 Pro or have you used the Mi 11?

Call recording feature appeared briefly on my friend's redmi note 9pro
Before she could say "jack" the feature disappeared.
She wanted to accept the terms and conditions... And it was no more again.

Please who experienced same here?

I have operated it for a short while and it was fluid. The Mi 10T pro was on another level with the 144hz. I think after the Mi 11, fluidity the Mi 10t pro is right there.

She should update her phone app if it isn't updated.

Then the culprit of this might be from your charger or cable. You need to test each of them to see the one at fault and also make sure your cable is well fixed or plugged firmly in your charger head.

Yah. It's fluid but not super fluid. S10 plus and iPhone 12 are still more fluid, though having same 60hz refresh rates. So, that's why I don't think it's about the refresh rates, but miui.

Nevertheless, I'm just talking about the animations and smoothness while scrolling, and not about speed. Speed wise, when compared with even s20 ultra, it matches it toe to toe

I wasn't talking speed anyway.

Alright. The mi 10T pro is really fluid. Compared both, but couldn't stand the IPS LCD screen.
The quality that the F2 pro display brought to the table was just on another level when compared to the mi 10T pro. It might just be my eyes shaa. I'm an Amoled addict.

I have a thing for AMOLED because my first Android phone was one but if not for the peak brightness which is still better than some average Amoleds, you won't know it is any LCD especially if you don't know the difference between both technologies.

When we met recently I kept my RN10 Pro side by side with it. The RN10 Pro was brighter but fluidity the Mi 10t pro is underrated.

I'm comparing against Samsung S10 plus and iPhone X actually, my friend has both while I have RN10P

These is so untrue. So I should miss out on new features because of this ideology.

My RN5 is still with me and it is running on MIUI 12 no issues.

Now if I apply your ideology on my RN10 Pro when I got it, it means I would miss out on Dolby Atmos because my phone has no issues.

Or people currently using floating windows wouldn't get to use it because nothing was wrong with the firmware their phone was running.

I don't buy your ideology, it is greatly flawed.

is floating windows available on note 10 pro?
I use a custom rom tho (Google pixel)
and again my battery drains easily when gaming and doing heavy tasks but when I'm not using the phone , it doesn't drain at all

Try going to recovery mode, hold power button and volume up.

I've tried that several time, not responding. Only vibrate each time I power.

You said you are on a custom ROM, there is nothing I can do about this sir.

And fast battery drain on heavy task is normal.
