So I opened my avocado today to have breakfast, look what I found.

My avocado seed growing inside the avocado.

I make butter out of it... Goes nice with the bread

Made chicken seasoning powder

Used chicken breast.
Cooked with only salt.
Then dehydrate overnight.

Blended, add some spices of choice.

Viola, seasoning is ready.

I use BADIA herbs and spices.

No noticable taste as such because you can't use too much otherwise you won't like the concentrated feel.
I learnt it is medicinal and healthy just like the category of garlic and ginger. I mostly use it to season protein but today I was tired of white, jollof or fried rice so i opted for turmeric to change the look. It worked cos my children have eaten twice and begging for more, guess the colour did the magic.

Pulled pork sandwich with a side of pickled cucumber, and pickled coleslaw to help break the fat.

That pickled coleslaw is sour, right?

A bag is 25kg (13 paint buckets).
You can buy half or quarter, a bag is 30,000
You can buy 1 or 2 paint bucket depending on your choice, a paint is 2600.

Yes, I am and we do the cooking together most times as the kitchen is one of the places we gist a lot .

If you don't have dehydrator, use your oven. Just turn it on the lowest setting.
You can also use microwave oven that has dehydrator button.

As long as you cut them slim, they will dehydrate fast.

E no dey chop electricity at all. Just like your bulb on overnight.
