Ogah if stress is the only factor making you want to leave your Job I will advice you don't. Every job out there is stressful in one way or the other. Except you get a better job with a better pay I will advice you hold tight to your job and give in your best to the best of your capability.

See it's tough everywhere,every organization will milk you dry regardless of how much they are paying you. Never despise your days of little beginning, they are the years that thought you the experience you will need I'm the future. Now as regards to witchcraft attack, my brother life is spiritual. Every organization bows to a deity(be it God or devil). It's not left for you to fight back(God is the only option for you there).

Continue to improve your skills,learn and get certification in courses that you drive passion from, let your job take care of some bills for you. As for the working hours I understand,but you just have to sacrifice for better days ahead.

Don't quite your job,rather search for another while still on this job.

If u resign now, which money will u use to be buying data to do graphics design, which money will u use to do paid adverts so as to get clients to patronize u, which money will u use to keep urself from running to friends who will insult u nd it will lead to quarrel nd talking about levels don change... young man, keep working, perfect ur graphic design skills, do graphic designs for Friends nd colleagues in the bank or elsewhere. When u start having too much job demand based on graphic designs, then u can resign from ur bank.

Hey man, I won't tell you what to do but I will tell you this.

I have been in your position before now, I listened to majority of the advices that says you should stay put and learn while you work, but the truth is that it is neigh impossible because of the kind of work we do at the Microfinance Bank, yeah I used to work in one and I worked for 8 years without any promotions or any semblance of growth, I finally borrowed myself sense and dove down into the deep terrain and told myself I would survive and that was just January 2021, the truth is that it will not be easy and it will get bad and I mean really bad but hey I am still alive ain't I?

Be ready to go hungry, make sure rent is settled, shun relationship for now.

I will advice you to quit that job, after saving upto atleast 150-200k then when you are ready, come find me I will give you all the necessary learning materials to make you Excell in this field and I don't want a kobo for it but just know that this can turn your life around, for now do the best you can on your own till you can come get the courses I have.

You will be Victorious man, I guarantee it.

No job is free of stress.
All those high people you are seeing are facing stress too.
It is only those that are dead that are free from stress.
On the issue of quiting your job because you are learning graphics, please I am on my knees begging you, don't quit for now.
Do the 2 together for now. That your job is helping you to pay some bills.
You will know true meaning of hustling the day you lose that job without any means of livelihood. It is then you will know your true friends as your calls to them for help might not be answered.
Continue enduring your Lapo job, learn your graphics and when you started getting money from graphics you can quit the Lapo job

Mindset of great men.. You are a great man.. The only time i was able to make tangible money is when i left what many people cant risk. U cant know ur strength if u dont challenge urself. Ask yourself if $90 a month is ur worth. What if u lose d job today. U must have a reason for choosing graphic design. I choosed trading then and no money to fall back to.. But today..In just a day dat so called $90 can come in a day.. Did it happen in a day ? No.. There are things u cant achieve if ure not bold. We never said d journey is going to be smooth.. We cant predict d weather but surely we can predict d season.

Find a way and make money inside that stress.

Me I no kuku dey stress myself much,if I see say I don tire for work,I jejely sack myself.i work for acess bank as contract staff for 1year in 2015,promises upon promise to permanent us despite endless stress and we did our best to meet target.as I see say dem no ready to permanent me I just dump my files for my boss table,remove my tie and went home,my colleagues were crying and shocked that am leaving dem ,as an Edo boy I dnt take nonsense. today am much happier and less stressed.follow your heart, but have small savings in your acct to feed and hustle till you San stand firm

My first question is if the graphic design does not work out as planned where will you run to?

If you just finished University then you still have a long runway ahead of you to learn. Usually I recommend new graduates stay in employment for 3-5byears at the minimum no matter how harsh this may be. Use that time to learn a new skill like the graphic design you are learning and save up at least one year in expense reserve. The new skill and money in reserve will prevent you from being desperate when you go out on your own.

When I finished school I decided to write ICAN. I did a thankless job that didnt pay as much as yours about 30 months within which I finished my ICAN and made a change. About 4 to 5 hours sleep per day with no spare money in my pocket after paying for ICAN exams and lectures. Today I believe I am better off for it.

Embrace the difficult and challenging times, have a plan to exit it in a few years and execute on that plan.

Facing the same problem but the difference is mine is 15k as salary I have decided to stop thou but no alternative for survival. Forget about the stress as far as your experiences hasn't eaten deeply into your salary. Graphics design can only be a side hustle you might not earn a dime from it in a month ��

My boss will always say " before I cam pay you 100k you would have work for 250k" this is how it is every where, I will advice you to just endure and keep searching for anothet job.
If you want to rely on graphics designing you might end up not earning anything at the end of the month because many people are into this and in graphics market is not so easy to override people there.
And for the witch craft just pray in that and God will help you.

Hope you heard what the president said? Continue. Even starting your own business require stress at the introductory stage. Endure till you are able to raise reasonable capital to start your own business. Nothing good comes easy

Bro. You better listen to that guy, don't even think of quiting your job because of some random graphic tutorial videos on YouTube, there's no way you'll be able to make good money with that. You need practical experience, you'll not be able to compete with professionals in the field, hence frustration will set it.

Dont quit your job now; you are more employable while still working. The graphic design skill is good but you won't start earning immediately. Before you earn, you will learn so many things and it might take you months before you see results.

For your career, its in your hands and you owe nobody any explanation; don't settle for less.

I know the feeling, but saying I am doing this much or I earn 50k daily is a gross misinterpretation of reality man, I just want him to know it is possible to be okay after resigning from the damn demonic job.

I have been there, I spent my youth there so I understand him completely.
