Have they finished fighting boko haram? what are they doing in Ghana?

Less than 15% of Nigeria's military strength is currently fighting bokoharam. I understand the number seems enormous to you as that is about 2 times the quantity of the entire active personnel of the Ghanaian military.
At the height of the insurgency, Nigeria deployed troops to Mali and Gambia.

The CNS mentioned the 403 Special Force Amphibious Brigade - is my dream of a Tier 2 Commando Force becoming reality?
No. If you follow the press statements you'd have seen the 403 nomenclature before. I'm surprised they added they added Special Forces to it. It is 403 Amphibious Brigade Baga.

Then there's 402 & 401 SF Bde under 4 SF Command. NA and confusion grin

who told you the strength or effectiveness of a fighting force is determined by the number of men involved? i think you leave military issues for the professionals and go to the sports section. You are completely out of your depth cool stick to what you know, huh? free advise cool

He must have goofed up badly coming to Cameroon in under the guise of photo ops, well I'm sure he might have had his contact in person of the amazonian leader.

But, it's really fortunate was that he was caught, now it's left for the government to correct it's wrong. Personally, i am not happy about the Nigerian police force, i was thinking by now there would have been a mass recruitment of Nigerian police officers and special training for it's officers, that would quell the event of any outbreak of Law and order in any part of the country having learnt from their previous experiences. We are just really too slow to adapt, we don't learn, what is wrong with us? what can we do to make this better?.
Re: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by sizzorchan: 6:58pm On Jun 29, 2021
was that my post you quoted? where's the rest? who made this man fear now lol.
its both political and judicial, i said political because it involves two govts for example, so if the judge sign off to extradite a suspect, and say the govt in the UK believes that suspect could be tortured or killed, are you saying the leadership won't stop it? who initiate extraditions etc, isn't it the govts? so what if they don't refer the case to the judiciary, judges dont get to make decisions if someone should be prosecuted or not, cases are referred to them, and if a case is politically too hot, then what happens.
politics play a big role in this.
so i think political considerations come into play in situations like this
just having a convo with ya, no arguments, but be free to tell share your opinion on what i wrote

Nigerian Armed Forces has FAR more experience than the Ghanaian Armed Forces. The Nigerian Armed Forces not only fields far more equipment but technology superior equipment. Nigeria is also an overall more wealthy & industrialized state than Ghana.

If it weren't for Nigeria, France, and to a lesser extent Senegal & the International community all of West Africa & Northern Central Africa with the exception of Nigeria & maybe Senegal, Ivory Coast and Cameroon would be overrun by terrorists.

All of you here are celebrating the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, believing the government lies on his extradition through the help of interpol. Well, if you people had brains, a simple search on interpol's website will help you see the list of Wanted Nigerians, and Nnamdi Kanu is not on that list.
Furthermore, extradition is a very tedious process that requires court appearances, and the right of appeal before a fugitive is handed over to the country demanding their presence. But as lovers of tyranny, you all couldn't think critically, you just believed the government lies, as it feeds into your biases.

Kanu handed himself to the country, he had always promised to come back with hell. The Esn is a well structured organization, wherein Kanu plays no critical role in its armed operations. Everything has been delegated to lieutenants and field commanders he doesnt even know personally. Nigerians requested for Kanu to be on ground, rather than enjoying in the uk.. He is on ground now, and he brought hell with him.

Months from now, we will see. Esn guys will die, but your soldiers and politicians will die also. The hell is here.

Kanu was not extradited by the UK. That is a very long and public court process.
The idiot flew to a neighbouring country (rumour has it Cameroun), where he was arrested and transferred to Nigeria.
He is a big fool if this is true.

Kanu had to forge an alliance with the ambazonion armed fighters. Why?

Months later, he is in Nigeria, after promising to bring hell with him. Why?

What can i say we have been fighting extradition cases for long in UK lol

Best visit this

https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/extradition

Everything explained beyond doubt

A specific quote

"Once arrested, the requested person must be brought to Westminster Magistrates’ Court, where all extradition proceedings in England & Wales are conducted. There are proceedings in all cases; extradition is not “automatic”, even under the EAW."

To the folks who always asked him to come home and lead his war, rather than enjoying in the uk., he is in Nigeria now. He promised he will come back with hell, and he has fulfilled his promise. I wait for their next narrative. But i do know the Esn guys are watching in 3d.
The plan has always being to stretch the Army to such an extent that soldiers are withdrawn from Borno to the east.
I'm sure you hear the scores between the Tigray forces and the Ethiopian Army, after it seemed like the Tigray were being decimated.
They went underground, planned, recruited,
and struck big. The government can be shaken to its root, and forced to negotiate. Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, etc. achieved this.
