In my opinion don't bother. You would only get 3 extra points after paying 27k to remark.
Test it yourself in the crs calculator and fill in 8.5,7.5,8,7.5.

I'm at 471 presently

1 point is gold , 3 points is platinum and can be the sugar in his tea so let him remark if he wishes to. If I get three points now I know what&where my points will be.

If you have the money to remark please remark and take advantage of every point you can get on this journey. Money cannot buy points if it could then most of us would have used money to buy the points o

I think I you should ask the company first and explain to them if they can provide you a reference letter for the managerial role for the 3 years. If they refuse, then you can just scrap it and get a reference letter for the technical role that was in your employment letter. So ask them first before you fill in your NOC.

Thanks a lot!

You can draft your job duties and roles on a plain sheet and attach it to the reference letter. You will need to explain this step in your LOE so the officer looking at your file will not be confused. Still you need to "apply pressure" to your company to see if they can include your job duties and salaries in your letter.

Thank you for your response. My former employer won’t give me another letter. In my appointment letter, my salary and hours of work was clearly slated. Also, it was written in my appointment letter, that my duties will be in another letter but that letter wasn’t given to me.

Include your appointment letter in the application. And as I said earlier, explain it in details in your LOE. IRCC might decise6to contact your employer directly.

Hi everyone. Please is there a PNP thread? If yes, can someone point me to it?
A family friend would like to migrate too but age is not on her side so I'd like her to try PNP

Hello house! I am 34 years old lawyer who wish to migrate with my family (family of 5) I have my Master’s evaluated and My total CRS score after my hubby and I wrote Ielts is at 384. IELTS is a problem for me and would want to migrate via other means. I attended a webinar recently about applying through PNP and they claimed that professional such as lawyers, doctors etc are not qualified to apply tru PNP or any other option except express entry since they need to take exams in Canada to be able to get a job. Please professional in the house how true is this? What are my best options??

Hi, medical rep. is not under noc for pharmacists. Mine was like yours too but was community so I claimed points for that and put the repping job in personal history because the salary was going to reflect in my statement of account. So claim points with the 3 years hospital job
Hey111:
Please Seniors, for a Pharmacist who has done ECA with PEBC and has had 3 years of experience in a hospital setting, but working currently as a medical representative for about 18 months now. In filling the work experience on the express entry profile, is it okay to add the medical representative job since pharmacy license is not required to work as one?
Your detailed answers would be highly appreciated.

Why would you say ielts is a problem for you? If you could earn a degree in law, you can max out ielts.

1) Improve your IELTS scores
2) Evaluate your degree
3) Enter the pool
4) Learn French
5) Study and digest page 1 of this thread

Lawyers and Doctors are often not in occupation in demand lists for provinces.

Hello, please I need advice on this NOC. My last employment letter role & job duties on paper is different from the actual role I played for the last 3years. I started acting in a Managerial position for 3 years, as there was nobody available to fill the role, but the company did not officially promote me to the role through out the years.
Now what do I fill for the NOC? What I was actually employed to do (which is in my employment letter), or the acting role which I assumed and carried out for 3 years before leaving. The former is a technical role and the latter is a Managerial role.

Just a guess......... perhaps indicate the role you actually perform and which your employer can document in a ref letter as your job description.......technical or managerial doesn't matter so long as it meets the conditions for IRCC work experience, NOC skill level 0, A, B etc, pay, hours etc

Thanks Chief! Please my question is, do I need to add the current medical representative job as part of work experience?
The last Hospital job was 2019 (3 years). Do I need to add the current Job from 2019 to date on the express entry profile or just fill in the three years Hospital experience ?

Good afternoon everyone. Please what else can be used to prove job duties. I wrote a letter to my former employer requesting for a reference letter. In the letter I wrote to them, I stated that the reference letter should include my start date and end date, salary and job duties. In the reference letter that was given to me, the salary and job duties was not included. I have my appointment letter.

Check the application checklist on page 1 to see what must be contained in your employer's reference letter. You need a reference letter that states your job description that is in sync with your chosen NOC, amongst other things. Does your appointment letter contain these details?

I would not advise you to write a reference letter yourself, IRCC requires a reference from employer or supervisor.....

See this link for the PFL letter someone who wrote his own ref got and the comment made by the VO: https://www.nairaland.com/5471101/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/349#86405363

See this link for tips on what may work if you are unable to get a comprehensive reference letter from your employer:
