I have been seeing Decagon Software Engineering training program, has anyone gone through the process? How lucrative is it? I mean after completion do you actually get jobs... kindly share your experience

I don't know much about them but a friend underwent training with them last year. After the training, they helped him secure a place for extra training [kinda like university IT], the company he was posted to later employed him.

Guy get a laptop with enough data and go on udemy and co with youtube videos. You can learn anything if you have the tools. The only merit with deca is having a structured learning environment which you can still simulate by yourself being in a conductive surrounding.

Any idea about the cost of enrolling please. Have been trying to develop a skill on programming and software engineering and algorithms. Anyone with useful information pls share.

The question you should ask yourself first is 'what is my end goal? what do i want to build? what problems do I want to solve? One could easily tell you go learn node.js, react, Java, Python, C++ Scala and so on, but you will be overwhelmed on which ones to learn if you don't know what you intend achieving. In a nutshell, know what you want to do/build/develop first then aquire the requisite skills and tools.
