Black coaches doing the most in these playoffs. No wonder everybody wants to hire a black coach now cheesy

As for Doc Rivers, such a disappointment. Your record was already atrocious going into these playoffs, but you found a way to do more. Terrible coaching. Can't even make in-game adjustments, neither can he make from game to game. After this job, any championship team hiring him is doing so at their own peril.

I almost forgot about "playoff Rondo". I thought they brought him for the playoffs, that last piece to lead them to the promised land grin Man can't even get one minute in a closeout game. The Clippers found out about him real quick. I was just laughing at the likes of Skip Bayless that were hyping him when the Clippers traded for him. Like is that not the same Rondo that played 2 years for the Lakers? That he had 2 or 3 very good games in our title run doesn't mean we couldn't have done it without him. I even heard Skip say we wouldn't have won without him. Anything to diminish LeBron's effort.

I never understood that Rondo acquisition - makes you wonder what people are watching.

I still cannot get over Kawhi's decision to leave the Raptors. Toronto, a world city, bigger than NYC was behind this guy. If you have never been to Toronto, you need to visit to understand . There was a window to reach the Finals again the next year, maybe win another ring. Talented roster. Talented GM. Championship team. City begging you to take max deal. Somehow one yeye uncle convinced you to drop everything and come home to be closer to family. To come and share market with Lebron.

Is this not the work of villagers undecided

Quite a number of decent free agent guards the Lakers can go for this off season. And none of these guys should be more than $20m/yr if we're being real.

Demar DeRozan
Kyle Lowry
Spencer Dimwinddie
Tim Hardaway Jr.
Reggie Jackson
Derrick Rose
Mike Conley

I disagree with this. They won the first two games at home without him. He slotted into a very important game away, what is to say they could have won that without him? Especially with Kawhi out, they could have still won. Of course, there's no way to prove this, but your take on they don't get there without him is a kind of an exaggeration. Surely, it's great he finally got there. Another star added to the shoulder of the floor general. cheesy grin

Demar maybe, but Lowry? Who would give 35 year-old Kyle Lowry more than 20m? And Tim, come on man grin Even Jerami Grant that went to be the best player in Detroit is making 19m. And trust me no team would make Tim their no.1 option. He doesn't have the skill set. He's a third option at best

CP3 that was 19/60 from the field before yesterday. CP3 that was turning over the ball at an alarming rate for someone like him that almost never turns the ball over. Go to the Suns reddit thread and see their fans campaigning for Cam Payne to start ahead of CP3 in that game 6. Is the reason they won the series (not the game 6 oh) grin. If I hear.

Lowry is the hardest but he can still command 2yr 40million, as for Tim his last contract was 4yrs 70+mil, do you really think he is getting lower than that at just 29yrs old. With the way he shot most nights in the playoffs i see him getting a 4yr 80-90million contract. Personally i will do not think they are worth it, but that is the market for a 3rd option

The problem with any other player not named giannis on the bucks is consistency, they run such plays for him asides today, but you know with giannis out it's a different ball game entirely. Brook was actually becoming a big problem for them early season, glad he's finding his MOJO back at the right time.

It's the muscle twitch that occurs in His brain from time to time that causes it. They'll be utterly dominant in one quarter with fantastic ball movement then revert to type the very next quarter by running a bucket load of ISOs. He needs psychiatric evaluation because that is not normal.
Re: The NBA Begins by chic2pimp(m): 4:12am On Jul 02, 2021

When I say $20m I mean for one year. So it could be $40m for 2 years or $60m for 3, whichever.

Tim got that outrageous contract from the Knicks, and I know it was all out of desperation. He earned $18m this year, which for whatever reason was 2m short of what he earned last year. I believe he can't go higher than that range in his next deal. He's just not that guy. Even the most shitty and desperate teams in the league right now (Detroit, Cavs, Minnesota, etc), do you see them giving him more than 20m? I doubt.

For Tim, if he can settle for something in the 15mil range or even his last contract with the knicks, i say the Mavs should just keep him. If not see if they can get a sign and trade for him

That is a hyper knee extension with high impact, I doubt he returns throughout this playoffs. Such extensions require extensive therapy, rest and leg elevation from any kind of stress. I think he already injured a part of that leg not sure which part but it all plays into recovery.

That's classic Giannis though, He limps all the time. Although I agree I don't see Him playing this Series and tbh He really shouldn't as it's a risk not worth taking. Maybe He returns if they manage to finesse
their way to the NBA Finals.

As our Resident Doc here, If that is the case, then so be it. No need to rush these things as We don't want another KD situation on our hands. I know Embiid suffered simply injury this season and He was out for 10 weeks(I think)so let Him take all the time needed to ensure a smooth recovery.

The thing shock me too o. Thank goodness it wasn't a PED and it was simply igbo. Hopefully She learns from Her mistake and bounces back. I don't want to dog Her out anymore because She must feeling absolutely distraught right now.

For my own selfish reasons, I wish they would have simply given Her a slap on the wrist as weed is to my knowledge a recreational drug not a performance enhancing one but hey the rules are the rules so you have to follow through. Not happy though as I was really looking forward to Her taking on the Jamaicans.

I had no plans on watching this game. I expected Hawks to win not because they are better but because the Bucks are gutless. Checked in at halftime and Shaq confirmed as much
