Chinese woks are made of steel right? I love something made for high heat.

Original Chinese woks are made of carbon steel.
Nigerians will find it hard maintaining carbon steel.

I can't too grin

The don't is too much. Eg.Never use soap or sponge on carbon steel. That's impossible na grin

And season from time to time.
But we have non stick wok( doesn't last like carbon steel or stainless)
I have been using granite wok for long but I mistakenly used iron sponge on it so I just replaced it with a 7-ply stainless steel wok. The more you use wok, the more non stick it becomes.
I use wok more than pots. Simply love it.
