Kudos to Lagos State Nigeria for always setting the pace and showing what Governance is about

Why will NPF , EFCC and other agencies raid a location, make unlawful arrest, torture people and still put their names and faces accross all media even when full investigation hasn't been conducted

God bless Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu the Jagaban of Borgu

God bless Babajide Sanwo-Olu

God bless Lagos State house of assembly

.
After making nice comment, you just use 'Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu' take spoil'am.

I thought the federal supersedes the state.

Only states without anticorruption laws domesticated locally

State Justice department, and state Department of Public Prosecution have full right to take over cases within their state laws, Federal Agencies won't even argue that

Good move.
Eko o ni ba je.

I have said this several times that Police should stop this archaic practice of parading suspects.
it's barbaric and inhumane. They are innocent until proven guilty.

May God continue to bless Tinubu, Sanwo Olu, Lagos State.. and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Story for the Gods.

Fools, it's only the Federal executive that can tell them what must be done. Unfortunately, what we have as executive now is a glorified homo sapien learning how to behave like modern humans.

The last time I checked bail is free.

Parading someone before the media as a criminal by the Nigerian police is so unconstitutional and also a criminal act by the police since they are appropriating to themselves a power that is only vested upon the judiciary.

They label a suspect a criminal when such a person is yet to have a hearing in a court before a judge who is the only one vested with the authority to determine if a criminal act has been carried out by the suspect.

The most unfortunate part is this, both the so called educated Nigerians that ought to know better along with the uneducated one's that thrives in ignorance will join the police in character assassination of the suspect in the public domain when such a person still hasn't been brought in before a judge to make such determinations.

Most Nigerians are now judge's without even knowing all the facts of the matter but they just pronounce you guilty but expects fairness when they become the victim's.

Sick country with sicker citizens.

As of 2021, the difference between educated and uneducated is that the first can speak in English while the second cannot.

Those who are supposed to enforce this law are the ones that will flout it, there's already a law that prohibit this unlawful act by our police commands. Lack of laws isn't our problem but enforcement. We have laws but they are mostly not enforced
