IMOH, if you take the first dose today 6/7/21 it may not be possible cos there is a six weeks interval before the second dose can be taken on 17/8/21.

I took my first on 21/6/21 and my next dose will be on 2/08/21.

Hope this helps.

Please who recently used form A and which bank? How long did it take to process. Been to sterling, not available for now, been to Access, they said it can take a month.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by MShud: 10:57am On Jul 06, 2021
It might be due to maintenance of the website... They usually do maintenance around 4am to 5:30 am EST which is like between 10am to 11:30am here

You can fill it anytime , it doesn’t matter.

It will just count down to your travel date and when you are in, it will be asking you if your have symptoms , if no, you record it yourself

@Lianna2020: I was thinking it was to be done within 72 hrs before departure. See attached, or is that what is on ground is different from what they have on the website? Abeg, help a sista understand better having gone through the process yourself.

How do you get the IELTS waiver letter
EmeeNaka:
You can get IELTS waiver letter. It's enough to get your Visa processed but if IRCC want you to follow NSE route, they will request for IELTS from you.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by shupy: 11:02am On Jul 06, 2021
Hello everyone, is there still any March/April applicant that submitted NSE requirements (MyBankStatement and IELTS) but yet to get their application finalized?. If so, did you get NSE request or you submitted it along with your application?

It depends on the institution. For my alma mater,I simply went to the school alumini site and apply for Letter of English Proficiency, and it was sent to me, through the Office of Registrar.

Hello, Good People Of NL;

I need help with some information;

- Are there good courses and good schools i can get admitted into if i apply with 2'2 (second class lower), Actuarial Science, University Of Lagos (2018 set).

- I don't want to take the IELTS, i believe i am proficient enough. I read somewhere some schools exempt Nigerians (But if it is compulsory, i definitely will take it).

- I am skilled in Data Analytics, Public & Media Relations, Insurance and Music Business. I have few works and internships to prove some.
I had previously travelled to UAE for 3 Months.

- I am sponsoring myself. No parents, no relatives. I don't earn salary. I am self-employed, i have 2 startups in Nigeria registered with CAC under my name. (A Music Agency and a Business intelligence Outfit).

What is the minimum i have to build in my account for how many months to enable my chances?

I read it's possible to get scholarships up to 70% or more sometimes. I really wouldn't mind getting one to assist me else i will have to sort for low fees courses and Programmes.

Will i be eligible for scholarship, considering i have 2'2?
Which scholarships can i apply for and how? Or make i no just waste my time?
Which relatively low-fee institution can i apply for?

I wish to apply for student Visa for Masters or Post Graduate Degree or any other. I don't mind another undergraduate degree, say; a course of 2-3 years.

I hope the right people sees this and i get help.

Thank You.
Hi,

Yes there are good schools you can apply with your 2.2. Most Canadian Schools are good.

Don't even think about another Undergraduate degree, zero you mind off it.

For Admission, you don't need IELTS, but you might need IELTS if you choose to follow the NSE route for your Study Visa Application.

You can't get a scholarship with a 2.2 in Canada, 2.1 is the minimum requirement for Masters in Canada, and there is no low tuition school in Canada. As an international student, you need to have $15,000 CAD upward for tuition, every program and school have their own tuition amount for international students starting from that range upward.

Though you can check out the schools in the Atlantic Region of Canada, the likes of Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC), New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) if they have Graduate Programs you can go for. They seem to have cheap tuition programs for international Students, though very competitive and slots/seats for admission are quickly exhausted due to the cheap tuition etc. and there is a myth posted by someone on this platform (can't remember who did) that those who chose those two schools have slim chances of getting their Study Visa Application Approved. Do your research on that for verification

With your 2.2 grade, your Business and your mentioned skills, you are eligible to apply for a Post Graduate degrees (PG. Cert) in programs such as;
- Data Analytics
- Business Analytics
- Insurance
- Business Management
- Public Relations
- Music Business

Its now left for you to know how you will convince a Visa Officer on your STATEMENT OF PURPOSE (SOP) why you are going for any of the mentioned programs below, why in Canada, and the Career/Future prospects of doing the program in Canada, and applying the skills learnt in your home country "NIGERIA"

Go through the contents in the links below, google the programs where necessary one after the other , check the program overview, course outlines (curriculum), tuition amount for international students etc, then choose the one that suites you, and apply

If you're going for masters, try unity bank. You can also check out stanbic and UBA bank. Timeframe is unpredictable but those are some of the fastest with payment processing.

Good Morning gurus in the house. Kindly assist me. Am having challenges logging into my RICC Portal. When I am logging in it takes me back to the language selection home page even after I have accepted terms and conditions.

I was able to loggin Yesterday around 9am for about 10mins. only to find "action required". I ignored NSE request that expired on the 13th of June, but now want to upload my upfront medical and a short note explaining my inability to provide the NSE documents so as to cancel the 'action required' that's showing on my portal.

Someone should please help and also give possible suggestions based on my narrative.

And those guys in IRCC will not deem it necessary to communicate. I would've advise you send enquiry but they will not reply you.

They don't reply. In fact, if you check through the Webpage, they will tell you clearly that their agents don't have additional information on any Application. That's how secretive the whole affair is.
