Condoms don't normally flush if you use the normal flush from the WC..... Try using the manual flushing style with water and bucket.

If you flush anything other than shiit, urine, or tissue paper in the toilet then you’re mentally impaired and it shows you were not brought up well.
Even when I started to fvck, I just knew that disposing condoms in toilets wasn’t the way to go, since it takes over 50 years for rubber to biodegrade (turn back to earth and sand). So having a lot of that in the drainage system
Will only cause long term problems
