Dear Nairalanders please help me out , I secure a new job in bank in Lagos and the salary is 55,000 per month for a start and they will increase it after three months and from my house to my office is not far is trekkable I don't pay Tp to work.

And I also have a new pos machine that will give me money too I don't know what to do since the bank job Don't give me time to combine the two, my bank working hours is from 7am to 5pm and I can't combine the two .
Please can I resign in the Bank and concentrate with the POS business
or should leave the POS and concentrate with the bank Job .

No be lie. I run the POS business for a friend, the capital is 700k within a month we made 150k pure profit excluding all expenses,my feeding and transport.


So with good location and a reasonable capital POS business is good but you must be smart and wise cos of fraudsters.

What would be the outcome of investing 200 k into a pos business for one month?
Again the 200k covers acquiring the machine, registering to any possible agent/association or whatever and the rest as a sole capital to start up.

Are you high on cheap drugs?...

Why can't you do the both?...I worked in a bank while also running my POS business. Infact sometimes I send some customers to my POS outlet when the branch is crowded. I also run a different kind of POS business then.

I also open account in my outlet.

I collect deposit and charge a token

Guy keep your banking job if you are being paid well unless your POS business is giving you more money than your banking job. I think you should employ somebody to be running the POS thing for you after all you are a banker and know the in and out of the POS thing as such nobody is gonna cheat you

you can do both.set up the POS business,look for a sales person to manage it for you,while you work in the bank to add more capital to the POS business.am sure u can use your weekend to monitor the sales and account of your pos business.don't quit your bank job for pos .have a nice day
