I tried login in with my username and the otp generated on mobile app. The error message I got was that my user ID does not exist. What could that signify?

what I did to solve the problem was simply uninstall the app and download it again then fill it as I did the first time, you will then be given a different user I'd and that's what I did and I have a successful login.

Why not just put it there that it will cost them N400 to print a pdf id card that should be FREE

I was still asking someone about this earlier in the day.
The user ID I see on my mobile keeps getting flagged as invalid, and I don't know why. But all the accounts I registered today worked and I was able to download the document for them (except for one which payment was successfully but we didn't get a download link for)
What do I do about my user ID?
