Shut up which wickedness... Have u ever been to lagos. Every bus stop in lagos have people stationed there who collect money from drivers. So what south east wickedness are u talking about...

Some people think talking down on south east will make them feel important and knowledgeable.. I have noticed this especially from South Easterners living in the east... The level of daft people staying in the east is something else...

Talking down on the East only make you appear foolish because enlightened people in Nigeria know Anambra state is one of the best states to live in... Especially when it comes to taxation and good site for business....

Shut up please

And because Agbero full Lagos, it is now right for same to be replicated in Onitsha?
So, every bus stop should be littered with touts because it is so in Lagos?
The length you guys go to defend your paid Lords na ekom.
So, there is no other way but touts?!

Youre a fool. Just look at this ediot. Read what you've just typed. Does it make sense to you? What the poster typed is what is happening live in Onitsha. And so because lagos has agberos and doing illegal taxation so it's justifiable for Onitsha to have same. Thunder fire your testicles for this rubbish you just defended.

Glad to see that the new interchange at Nnewi junctio, Obosi has gotten to this level.... Julius Berger is fast though. I am interested in this particular project because I want to see what the new flyover that made them demolish the first on will look like

The previous one was a single lane trumpet design, while this new one is double lane cloverleaf interchange. The later is more modern.

How Female Barbers In Awka Are Defying Vocational Odds

By Blessing Dennis (ABS Reporter)

Female Barbers in Awka, Anambra state capital, are defying the odds to become major players in the male-dominated barbing sector.

Gender profiling in many jobs in Nigeria today is fast going away, as some women and men are making a living irrespective of the nature of the job.

However, as a woman in a male dominated field, it is not just about haircut, it is an experience that is laddened with mix feelings.

One thing that is obvious is that most times, men prefer their fellow men to cut their hair.

But female barbers are also beginning to gain ground in a trade that had been presumed to be men-only.

Speaking to the ABS, a female barber under apprenticeship in one of the barbershops in Awka, Miss Chioma Opara, who is also a graduate from Federal Polythecnic, Oko, said that she loved the profession, and that it was nice working alongside men.

She noted that some of the challenges facing female barbers are neglect, sexual harassment and rejection.

Another female barber, Chinaza Ejike said that she works hard to give customers a memorable experience each time she cuts their hair.

She advised ladies not to wait for white-collar jobs when they have the chance of maximising their talents.

Some customers, messers Arinze Samuel, Chilomma Ezukwo, Ugochukwu Eze and Lilian Agu, expressed satisfaction with female barbers and urged men to equally patronize them.

Not sure about this though! I’m kind of a traditionalist. Prefer a woman cooks for me and a dude barbs my hair....that kinda thing! But i suppose a trial my reset my thinking!

I wonder how some of us reason.
Just because he wants to justify his pay lords, Anambra should be turned to a tout den. Most of those guys don't stay in Onitsha and don't knkw what we face daily na aka ndị Agbero.
How many people have lost their lives to them this year?
The last one at Upper Iweka nkọ?
To even think they are young, youths too.

Desmond take this yoir advice to your Imo state thread to save your backward shithole Owerri that has been turned into Sambisa forest. No one asked for your advice because millions of Imo indigenes are still trooping to Anambra for greener pasture.

Judging by this response and so many other factors,it is crystal clear that the major occupants of this thread are under the pay check of the Anambra state government.

The quoted comment only stated something that has been terrorizing the people of Anambra state and you are trying to shut him off. Two things are involved it is either you don't base in Anambra or you are a online paid thug of the Anambra state government, I'll bet on the later.

If the occupants of this thread are what your small mind tells you, why not open your own thread to discuss about what you wanna discuss. Does it require credit card to open a thread on nairaland? It is people that are paid for online thuggery that are always the first to accuse others.

You are not the only one living in Anambra, I am also a resident. Just do your pay per post in peace or you open your own thread. Inugo

We are saying the same thing, if you are always focusing on what government hasn't done and leaving out numerous it has done, then you are working for the opposition. So the best way to work for your own pay master is to open your own thread and keep posting whatever you think is not good enough. Spare me about cow shit of residing in Anambra.

While you point out the bad side, also point out the good side. That way you will appear as neutral. Or are there no good sides to this administration?

Of course I knew you were going to get here, online paid thugs are very predictable. While your offline colleagues are standing at different junctions robbing the innocent of their hard earned money your are here defending them.

Do not get it twisted,I am not against the government. Of course I love some of the projects that are being carried out in the state. Everything has a good and a bad side,we can't eliminate the bad sides if we pretend like they are not there or attack people who choose to speak about it.

Thuggery is a big stain on this government, the poor masses are complaining from Sapientia FM to Wazobia FM. Like I said only someone who is ignorant of the happenings in the state or who is being paid by the ANSG will try to talk down on this issue.

John shut up your mouth. Thuggery is a Nigerian problem, there's no major city in Nigeria you won't see thuggery, the issue is management but total elimination of the menace is almost impossible. I visited Lagos last month, there some groups will mobilize themselves, sow uniform and start collecting money from road users.

If it is a problem then why do you attack people trying to raise awareness about the menace of thuggery? Elimination of thuggery is impossible because of people like you and your pay masters.
