And so finally State CID road has been opened from 6-4pm. I am still of the opinion that the entire road be opened at all time..6-4pm doesn’t make sense for a state capital still struggling to fix her limited roads. Open the entire road and ease commuters burden. Can u see the heavy gridlock on this road? 1 Like

While the FG reconsiders the reopening of the state road. State govt should also prepare to fix the alternative routes used by commuters since the past three months. This should be done in Ernest in case of future threats. The insecurity in our land has further exposed some little inefficiency like the roads in our capital..Awka roads are beautifully bad. Govt, Fix our roads. 1 Like |

Well done Innoson. Please let the next government replace all these reckless keke with Innoson buses especially in cities. People all go in the same direction on major roads so 1 20 seater bus will replace 6 keke and will reduce number of vehicles on roads. 6 Likes |

Innoson has done so well. With the emergence of Anambra international airport, people can easily fly to Anambra to strike business deals. It couldn't have been so easy for two major ministers to fly to a state at once if not for this transformation in the transportation sector in Anambra. Cool ANSMEDIA: 3 Likes 1 Share |

Ezewuzie01:He isn't wrong. Buses are proven to be the most efficient means of road transport when proper planning is done prior. But since the latter doesn't exist, Keke remains the better option. Also, many people will lose jobs if Keke is removed. |

BigBashiru: Onitsha has always been a shithole after Lagos. Onitsha is even trying to overtake Lagos. These two economic places are the two dangerous places to live in. With the worst being Lagos. Kano which is also an economic city isn’t as bad these places. In Onitsha, Crime rate is on the increase plus decaying infrastructure. In terms of roads, SEast govs build the most ugly and accidents prone roads. With the exception of Ebonyi state where the gov is doing fine on roads. Not just any kind of road but good roads with pedestrian walk way. In most states in the SEast the govt believes that it is only cars that move on roads they forget that humans too move on same roads. 2 Likes |
