All you need do is get the tax clearance certificate from Abuja and give it to them. I got the same thing when I processed mine because I worked offshore for a while even when still having Lagos as residence. Company remitted taxes to a ND state. I just got the tax clearance and gave it to LIRS and they cleared me.

If you have your roofing sheet on ground you should go ahead and install it immediately. There's absolutely no waiting in between to get it done. Except your installer has another job doing and only wants to buy time.

The cause was that the foundation wasn't deep enough and when they started draining water from near the foundation is started sinking.

Do u know if having sunbreaker on the roof . I mean the white small triangle thing at the tip of the roof . Does it help me air flow . I actually prefer plain design roofing but engineer is saying add the sunbreaker . What's ur take

Not at all; I WISE am in town. I have gotten to the milestone I set for that Our project. I will wait till am in town to continue. Working on finishing in an earlier build. See roof elevation; not bad!

You supposed to get those DPM nylon material to cover the moulded blocks against
direct rainfall while using sand/broken blocks to hold the edges. Those nylon material should be handy during the rainy period when moulding blocks.
