It's most likely a pad n strip foundation.

This foundation was finished about 2 weeks ago.. With reinforced plinth beam o.. for just about 2.5million naira. (Though it's a 3 bedroom)

Considering that the windows are different sizes, do you charge per window or you take total measurements and charge everything together as lumpsum?
