What you posted is 2 quarter, while what the op posted is 4 quarter of 2020. NBS reports unemployments rate in every quarter of the year.

Does Kogi state has the same population as Anambra? Use your head. This is not a rating but rather a count.

If only 1.5 million people are jobless in Lagos of a total population of 21 million, that's a very good result. It means Lagos state has an unemployment rate of less than 2%. Some states have unemployment rates above 20% even though they're not on this list.

They are not jobless because they are not looking for what to do so it only who is ready to work and couldn't find is jobless

Because there are gaps they can easily fill. Will you go to Anambra or Lagos to push metal scrap cart? I doubt and that's where abokis come in. Farming also. They can charge less for same job especially in manual construction and farming labour.

Q4, 2020 is just the quarter after the lockdown and things have improved more now.

The indigenous people of Ahaba and Onitsha are extremely lazy. Even if you employ them, they will cause trouble for you.

Akwa ibom is a disgrace. They need to do something urgently. What is their total population as a state giving resources available?
