A 3-page technical report is one of the mandatory documents required for submission at the very first stage during the application process, even before getting an invite for an exam and interview.

So, what did you submit when you were applying at the first place?

After payment,i uploaded my certificates,my work appointment letter to show my work experience,and everything other things they requested in the portal.It is also on the site that technical report should be summited at least two weeks before the Interview.

One of them is a "3-page technical report" which has to be uploaded during the initial application stage, and the other one is a very "detailed engineering technical report" that is duly signed, sealed and approved by your confirmer that attested for you. This second technical report is what you will present and defend on your presentation/interview day. Some engineers refer to call it "bulk technical report".

You can't get all the necessary information online. If you are seeking information regarding COREN registration/application which is crucial, but not on their website, I would suggest that you VISIT any of the COREN BRANCH OFFICES nearest to you.

Someone (eg. Your Supervisor, Boss, etc. who is a Registered COREN Engineer in the same engineering specialization which you also belong to) at your engineering place of work or institution, and who is willing to attest for you regarding your (4+ years postgraduate) work experience in your engineering field.
