You don't understand nothing. Read Acts of the Apostles. There is the Eldership which must be submitted to. Ok?

Let's see Acts 1: 2, " The former account I made , O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began to do and teach, until the day in which he was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom he had chosen,"

v3, "...to whom he also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs being seen by them during 40 days and speaking of things pertaining to the kingdom of God."

again, Apostle Peter refered to himself as an Elder in 1 peter 5: 1, "The elders who are among you I exhort, i who am a fellow elder and a witness of the suffering of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed."

These are, I believe the (six) keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, taught by Jesus Christ in Matthew 25 vs 31 - 40. to all who will follow Him to the end.

There is even some who believe that Jesus Christ appeared to at least 500 peoples after His death. And the very same commandments Jesus Christ gave to them all.

2. As for Peter's supposed claim as an elder, that again is Peter, and not Jesus Christ who we are called to obey.

3. As for Matthew 16 vs 18, I am not certain what particular part of what Jesus Christ said there leads you to believe Jesus Christ decided to hand His Church over to be administered by the hands of men. Instead what Jesus Christ said is that He, Jesus Christ, will build His own Church...not have men build it for Him.

Jesus Christ did not ask us for the religious nonsense that is Christianity today. He asked that we obey His Law and do the Will of God which is righteousness as detailed even in Matthew 25 vs 31 - 40

Only those who obey and do the works of Righteousness will gain access to Heaven.
