1. Female workers are more preferable by employers because they don't have good negotiating ability like men for higher pay and they offers cheap labour.

2. In attempt to prove that the patriarchy is evil women will prefer to work harder even If it takes much on her side. Employers do exploit them on this end.

3. Affirmative actions: since women are viewed as the minority, different programs has been set up to help women. In education, women are encouraged to study using baits like welfare, scholarship and increase points.

4. Many companies are now mandated to allow a quota system for women.

5. The economic situation is unfavorable. Unemployment especially in less developed countries is on a steady rise, depending on a man to carryout the functions of providing and care taking is onerous, hence, women are entering the workforce so that they can support their spouses when they get married.

In developed countries, what's threatening men and other employees is not the rise of women in the workplace but the rise of automaton and robots. Many companies have started making robotic research in the workplace, and once it's fully developed, robots will replace more than 40-70% of employees. The only way one can survive the age of robots in the workplace is if he becomes creative in learning how to make, operate or maintain robots---which will highly favour men because they have a high mental rotation ability than women.

Women will still fall back to the work that suits their biological instincts---nurturing and care taking within and outside the home.

What's on ground?

A. On average, men earn higher than women because men do extra and risky jobs that attracts more pay.

B. If women continue to encroach in managerial and social field, men will be forced to enter into creative/computer field. And as it is, computer/technology and Science is the way to a higher financial success which requires maximum amount of time and patient; creativity; high IQ; of which on average women are less.

C. Women are leaving the workplace.

It's a perfect game bro. The number of men in her radar will determine her monthly salary. 1k or 2k is a paltry sum for many niggas that make thousands in a week, so giving out 2k or more is not a problem for them. But when this lady play such game with more than 10 men, bread will never dry from her mouth. This is sweet soft manipulation. And if you tell men the foolishness of their act with such kind of game, you'll be ridiculed and labeled "broke or selfish". Men's ego plus their foolishness is in play here.

How many times have you heard this line during some media report about death casualties? Which makes me wonder, why are women excluded out of "people" ? Children not inclusive in the "people" is understandable, but why women? Ain't they deserving of death as much as men? Or did men evolved to be deserving of death than women?

In as much as "Feminism" have made women more career and fainancal wise, it has also made them MORE frustrated,depressed and less attractive...

The Modern day women have more Freedom and opportunities to express themselves and become better than our MOTHER'S. Unfortunately, they decided to use that freedom to wage war of dominance with Men.

How ironic that in this age of freedom of expression and opportunities for women, more and more women are becoming frustrated, angry,depressed and confused on what to do with such freedom.
