I will be glad if this post get to the front page, i really dont know if this is normal, i don’t know what depression is but this has been happening to me for so long now, i do have this mood swing which i am not comfortable with some minute I’ll be happy the other minute I wouldn’t know what will take this happiness away and when this hapens i feel like just letting everybody leave me or i rather find a quiet place to sit or just wanna be alone, i got married a month ago cause i feel whenever this happens if i see her i will be happy again but it aint working, i get tired of everything whenever it happens and if my wife notice and ask I wouldn’t be able to say this is what is happening i am really tired of this.. my wife is even thinking maybe she’s not making me happy but i swear she’s the best thing that ever happened to me, i am always scared whenever this happens please help me on what to do? Please i need help

He should seek out a Clinical Psychologist for interviews and vpsychological assessment, who would determine the most suitable tools for the assessment and scoring in order to reach a definitive diagnosis and come up with an appropriate treatment plan.

Just as we have depression, we also have clinical depression which is a more severe form.
