If people have the resources to hasten their process, let them do it

some people have plans of things we want to do before resumption, getting biometrics done on time gives them chance to do those things

Imagine doing your biometrics in August and waiting for 15-20(for some non-straightforward application) working days, by the time visa is out, you'll be rushing to meet up.

there's also the part of having enough space between the time you get your visa and your departure date so as to get cheaper flight fares.

Let people do what they want to do.

Hull finally responded positively and funny enough i was in the banking hall trying to pay deposit for Teesside. For like two weeks i have been trying to make the deposit to Teesside and wasn't successful not knowing the challenge was beccause something better was coming my way. I applied since 10 May...imagine.

Just caught the UK bug and started applying. Ulster answered me in 24hrs with conditional offer.
Awaiting other schools but I’m confused whether I should keep applying for September or just pick January.

I don’t think there is any implication to the best of my knowledge.
I selected “no”. Meanwhile I have my NIN but I think it was not within my reach while filling the form and I eventually got my VISA by God’s grace.

Don't get it twisted, that means you're a family of 6. I.e 4 children as stated by you then your husband and you making 6. It means your Dependants are 5 and family of 6.
I will advise you apply for both you and your husband. You can put the kids in the best school and get a good nanny. But not easy too because the feeling of a parent towards the children no be here. If possible look for money include the last one along while you both work in the UK you can plan to take others later.

Now my CAS bear my old address and my TB cert bears my new address.

Will it be an issue for visa application?

Do they ask questions at the UK border entry? And if yes what are the questions?
