They don't make much sense. Why 450 gym? Why not 25,45 etc., why 450? It doesn't make sense except there's something about 450 in the gym world that I don't understand.

Are you saying the name idea or the idea of looking for someone to outbound. Actually I've been holding for weeks now. And I've done outbound with no effect. So I wanted to be sure if I bought wrong or my effort wasn't just enough

My sales hasn't been exceptionally, but it has been consistent. With average of 3 sales per month. So far this year there hasn't been any month without sale. Portfolio size around 140 for Geos.

I'll just drop this:

If you aren't making sale for Geos don't blame ursef, you only should blame yourself and ur technique when u have upto 500 names and no sale. At least u need upto 500 names for a consistent monthly sale of say 5 to 10 names or above+ lots of outbounding and following up+ skills, God grace! it gets boring along the line!

Also for Brandables u need upto 1000+ names on various market place to get between 1 to 5 sale every month consistently with skill, eye for names, God grace etc.

Domaining is a number game especially with name like ours that cant be classified as premium. Even the premium names sef...u still need the numbers.

So don't let frustration or desperation of no sale let u to start doing unethically things! Like has been reported in the group. If no sale..just take a break! Review ur strategy and buy more names...buy more names...buy more names.

Lately I have had more than 30+ geo names that buyer agreed and later didn't pay. Problem of angry buyers! Buyers complaining that some other person has contacted them with similar names, some saying spamming and all that.

I think Biden policy has affected the US economy especially for small businesses so just price ur geo names decently btwn 100-400 for a quick sale.

Also, I'd say let's not spoil this business for us all. I'm referring to the geo guys...outbounding!

Before u reg a name, try to check whether another domainer has a close version of it. There are several ways to know. Like trying all combinations, plural versions, checking DNS history to see if it were a recently dropped name by another domainer. So doing disallows issues of bombarding end users to buy a name or conflictions during outbound! Whenever I discover a close variant of a name is already on Dan lander, or Epik I already know my fellow domainer is outbounding it...I quietly avoid regging a similar version and move to next name...there are thousands of names yet to be outbounded...the issues of confliction shouldn't arise...if there is proper ethics and understanding.

I could remember when Elonmosque sold a Geo name in the landscaping niche, I had a similar variant...same city and end users which I even registered before elon's own...because of elon's sale...I delayed outbounding that name until several months...some times we need to use our sense. Some end users are already reporting to the Feds that several ppl are spamming them with unsolicited messages.

This made me to go and read on cold emails and the right way to send them by law.

1. I try to make the email personalized and friendly like I'm reaching out to only that end user..I try to get the name.

2. In the closing part, I try to put if you're not interested, abeg let me know, so I don't contact you again.

Some ppl usually put something like at the end: 'if you aren't interested, let me know, so I can reach out to other services'

This line can make the end user angry, it can also trigger a sale, and it can also make an end user report u to the Feds..becos some end users see the value in the name, but don't want to buy or don't have money...so if u put that line...some may report that u are sending unsolicited messages to several businesses.

So now for me, I usually avoid that line. Any end user that will buy will buy.

3. If end user reply with "not interested" I ensure I never reach out again to same person.

Doing all these will at least make the outbounding space a little better.

U can also observe that many ppl don't want to post their sales! Becos some domainers do some unethical stuff, by registering similar name and outbound to the same end users again. Instead of using the niche and finding a new city to outbound to new end users!

It's not ppl don't want to post their sales! But some ppl spoil the whole thing for others.

If I should post all of my sales from the start of my journey to now, u would observe there isn't any Pattern of names, or cities or particular end users...all my sales vary in a lot of ways..I have tested various niches, various cities. There is no confliction--- practically undetectable!

That's my small take on the whole stuff! Wish everyone all the best and happy domaining.

Congrats sir. Your advice is heeded. Did you try listing this name on BB or SH before afternic? What was ur landing page (and price?)

It was on Dan lander after reg and Sedo listed and Afternic listed.

Submitted to SH and the oversabi SH rejected it. Submitted to Alter and was rejected. I didn't border with BB since their reviews can take forever.

After 2 months+ I delisted it from Afternic and Sedo and relisted again on both platforms inroder to activate the Afternic Fast Transfer and Sedo MLS and I forgot to put it on Dan lander. So basically it sold without a lander but was pointing to Alters DNS since I forgot to edit the DNS back to Dan.

Put simply, my method is to use Dan lander and list on any other market place( for Brandables and other types).

While for Geos ( Dan or Epik) and Epik Lander has been outperforming DAN lander.

For more infos, simply check the DNS history.
