Was obi cubana elected into any political position, did he run for local govt chairman, he's he the governor of Anambra, that he should take the responsibility of govt.

That is the best any rich person can do.
By the time majority of those guys become rich, that town will get so developed that hey may not even need much of government aid to build their road, schools and hospitals.

I cannot go and start repairing roads that money have bn given for.
I cannot start repairing schools when government has enough money to do dat but chose to loot the money to themselves.
Rich men will only do dat when they see that government is really trying in the ones they are doing then, they will come in to support government.
