They don't get involved in the kind of things men get involve into in this life the kind of pressure on the male figure is just overwhelming.

The reason is because OESTROGEN which is a protective factor helps reduce the risk of stroke/heart disease. Good observation btw.

So many people on this thread mistaking 'heart attack' with 'heart break'.

The OP was asking of heart disease, which some of us know it's because of pressure especially in this part of the world where you must shoulder at least the problem of 2 people financially and emotionally. And failure to do this, you're not regarded as a man.

Don’t listen to that guy, it is very clear that he is not smart, physiologically, males are stronger, males have larger hearts, males do not get easily tired as females, why do you think there are female and male sports? 15 year old high school boys were able to beat an all star international female team in soccer 7-1, serena williams the best female tennis player in the world will only rank around 250 if she was playing against men, men perform more strenuous work, a males heart does more work than a female’s heart, males have more surfaces area to volume ratio and you know what happens when you use and stress one generator for so long. Of course other factors like blood sugar, diabetes, etc add to it, but this is just basic facts.

Heart attack is usually as a result of reduced blood flow to the heart due to a blockade in one of the blood pipes feeding the heart. This blockage is usually due to atherosclerosis. Blood carries oxygen to every organ including the heart . When one of these pipes is blocked , the heart is thereby deprived of oxygen .

In any case, there are various factors that may be responsible for a relatively lower incidence of heart attacks in the females .

Also , cases of heart attack are routinely misdiagnosed during emergencies in Females .

They present atypically and may not show some of the ecg changes you'd expect to see in MI

What causes heart attack are

Smoking
Drug overdose
High blood pressure
Diabetes
High cholesterol
Heart related diseases

Men do all these more than women hence more heart attacks in men

Also a man is more likely to have heart attack than a woman according to nature just as women will develop breast cancer with time than men
