Hello everyone! Last week there was a post about the rising loan shark app on the front page. I read where people blame Nigerians of not paying back ,that's why they are sending defamatory messages to ones contact, most times is not true as this loan app guys are fraudsters.

From play store they promised low interest rate with longer loan tenure, but downloading the app and requesting for loan that's where the real scam is.

I downloaded Lcash from play store after the ridiculous interest rate with maximum of one week tenure, because of the urgency of the need I agreed and accepted the offer, when it was time to pay back, they promised to increased the loan tenure for me and increased amount if I pay before due date, which I actually did, Yet nothing.

Since my fund was not coming when I needed it I decided to try take another yet nothing after several attempt to see if they will increase the loan tenure before my fund will drop yet nothing.

Charted with their agent boom! It now don on me that these guys pure example of loan shark and scammers Scamming Nigerians.

..... Anybody that takes loans from these guys may have good intentions but it will never make you progress..... Whatever doesn't give you peace doesn't deserve to be in your life..... I read about how a loan firm is supposed to operate and I found out that they don't have the right to arrest you because mini loans is regarded as a civil issue and doesn't warrant police interference that these preeks threaten you wit.... Most of them even go as far as sending damaging messages to your contacts all in the name of debt recovery......... These Chinese loan firms have actually made Nigerians poorer and reduced their life span with their consistent threats and extreme methods of debt recovery..... Our government sadly does nothing to help...... They see these complaints every day but won't do anything about it because they are slaves to the Chinese....... Worst of them all is their staff...... How can a Nigerian working for a Chinese treat his fellow Nigerian in such an inhuman way all in the name of meeting targets and peotecting their jobs? A Chinese will never join a Nigerian to maltreat another Chinese but a Nigerian, shown a few naira notes , will gladly sell off his neighbor to a Chinese........ The plight of Nigerians is so bad that instead of seeking justice for each other against foreigners, we join foreigners to hunt down our own brothers........ Whatever the Chinese get in return for their cruel treatment, their support staff and personnel deserve too..... This is too much!.... A lady killed herself last week because they messaged her in laws which she wasn't even at good terms with in the first place....... Now they started mocking her even as far as posting the message on Facebook....... She took her life when she couldn't bear the shame..... Who is gonna fight for her? All for how much? A loan that isn't even enough to buy a bag of rice and this message was composed and sent to her by her fellow Nigerian under the orders of a useless and crazy Chinese person..... Wow betide them all!

I just survived that their due date embarrassment, I read about how they treat customers when they default and It was like I was injected with 2 ml of epinephrine, lush sweat and an electric sensation ran down my spine.
I was owing migo, lcredit, sokoloan and fairmoey. Actually I got addicted to borrowing from these people but after reading about testimonies from defaulters, I knew I had to find a way to pay back immediately. I would have committed suicide if I had defaulted and my contacts receiving such messages because my new boss number that I just met in a week is amongst the contacts they'll send those blistering messages and how would I have redeemed myself if that message was the first thing he knows about me outside work. Thank God I pulled through and paid up all the kobo I owed and deleted all the apps.

But I will attest for migo and fairmoney, they have lowest interest rate and you can extend the loan due date by 2 weeks with small service fee. Fairmoney actually has an option to take a loan for a month, even if it is 2k you want.

I do pray everyday to God that I never enter into any emergency that will require me to go borrow from these people.

I don't know if you purposely decided to ignore his point. He said that the loan apps advertise something to attract people and that when you now download the app, you'll see another thing.
He has been patronising them because they told him that they will extend his loan tenure with low interest but that he just found out that the promise is just a gimmick to lure people to debt. Hope you now understand, it has nothing to do with terms and conditions.

I have made up my mind never to pay back especially lcredit and xcredit, those guys are stupid, how will they send message to all my contacts, always increase my loan interest by 3% daily and also want me to pay.

They should come to my house, I am now on revenge mission, I will borrow till no one is willing to lend me. Except branch which I will pay off, others are in a long thing

Bros, you have the option to collect nor decline their offer.. Afterall we all have family and friends, why not borrow from them? Or go to your pastor, local gov chairman, bank or even government to borrow?
These online loan company operate in a hostile, risky environment so their interest rates will be high to cover for those that will default. So when you see high interest rates, know it is because your banks wount give you loan and your neighbour's wount pay their collected loans.
Furthermore, you have the option not to take. I took years back, now I don't take unless emergency of which I know I am expecting money to easily pay the interest.

Because of how much you want to damage your credit rating? Abi don't you know that there are cbn approved rating companies in the country where credit data on every account holder is recorded? Tommorow you want to buy a house, car etc as optainable abroad and they tell you your credit is destroyed.
What will finally happen to you is that after a while, your bvn will be blocked and any money in any account in any bank will be used to offset the loan. Your bvn can also be blocked from banking services nationwide. Ie you use you piggybank to save money.

I don't blame them. Nigerians are terrible debtors. Look how one said he deliberately doesn't want to pay back
