y'all should behave like adults. I will not take sides in this matter--- It does nobody any good. I can be very blunt sometimes and for this reason alone, I liked Twoods but he has to STOP his online trolls on this page and be more supportive to peoples concerns. This is not to suggest that he should tell people what they need to hear. No! Far from it.

On the other hand, I honestly do not see anything bad in what fair-heart has done, offering to help people adjust to a new environment. How is that even a crime? I would want such a connection, too. I believe that Fair-heart knows that they're many option(s) that can help us adjust upon arrival, however he has decided to lend a friendly help. C`mon, This is something Twoods would never do for anybody! I know many students that has benefited from Fair-heart and I was once a member of a whats-app group for UG students mentored by Mr. fair-heart and I was NOT Charged shishi.

All this small talk on this matter should end now. Bikonu!

justwise:

Have you also read where people asked question here but he asked that person to send him pm?

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUE OF FAIRHEART

This issue is very simple. Justwise, we are both adults. It would be foolish for me to deny my reality. The issue of charging people a fee is not an allegation (except I have never done it), because I do charge. Yes! But I HAVE NEVER asked anyone here to PM me for assistance, so that they would be charged. I always tell them that EXCEPT it is personal or they cannot share publicly, they should not contact me. You can find my post here! You are a moderator here and I believe you can check all my posts. I have NEVER asked anyone to PM me so that I'd charge them. People chose to come to my DM after they see numerous mentions from those who have been assisted one way or the other.

The issue of charging a fee arose when I was getting over 20 message requests from people here. Notes that I was just here assisting with answers to questions from personal experience. We had a team of 5 young Nigerians in 2007 that wanted to study in the U.S. When it worked, people started approaching us for guideline on how it's done. Being the most experienced among them, my team advised we set up a small group that can be consulted for such. We did. I have not even opened my Nairaland account then. Over the years, a lot of students off Nairaland approached me for information on how to get their admission, scholarship, prepare for visa interview, etc. I was never interested in Nairaland, until a junior brother told me that people on the then-closed threads need my knowledge as I seem to know steps to take on admission issues and so on. That was when I started following this thread.

If you check my profile, this account was opened in 2009. I lost the password and had to find it after 4 to 5 years. I have joy in my heart today because all the people dragging Fairheart have never communicated with him one-on-one or know me personally. I am a very easy-going, and generous person when life's reality permits. They are really stupid people, including the Twoods. If they know me personally, their opinion would be different. But of course, I know that no matter how good you're, they will always be people who take your Light for Darkness, and hate you for it! This is the case for my accusers here!

In 2018, Over 50 people contacted me from here. Not 1 one them paid me kobo. You know Nigerians, when they see that a source is resourceful, they always like to tap from it. The more people messaged me, the overwhelming it became. People were passing my number around and hiding their source. I was angry and stretched. One of the things I hate to do the most in my life is say NO to people in need. When the messages kept pouring in, I got tired and told Cocoa (a member here and a close friend) and another friend from here I'd deactivate my account. They asked why? The reason was that, people kept coming to my DM, and I was using quality time to share ideas and information on resolving them, for free. Funny enough, all I got at the end of the day is "Thank you so much Fairheart. God bless you!" Of course, some of them would send 1K card, 5K card for data. I appreciate all!

I was advised that if anyone contacted me from here, charge them for your time. You're giving your time and they should pay if they value it. It was not easy, but I picked sense in the advise. What do they pay for? Even after posting guidelines here, they still want me to review and sit in front of computer to edit transcripts; some of them would even ask if I can be helping to check and pick interview dates. Imagine that! But then, as my work permits, I had set up a consultancy services with my friends in 2007, and I am still in charge. So, I kinda had the time.

God is my witness, a graduate student once told me "Bros, my head is full. I don't even know how to answer the questions." When I told him to think and think, he insisted he wouldn't know what to say to a consular question. Some of these students' answers to interview questions are in shamble. Some of them are so tensed and confused that they need someone to assure them over and over again, that all will be well. In my DM and on my WhatsApp, these are part of what I do. Is it wrong to be doing these? Is it a crime to charge them for devoting quality time to them to guide them through it? What law says I must always give my time for free and when I charge anyone that needs it, I am a criminal and evil?
Justwise, you need to answer this question in honesty as I will be asking this pertinent question for the last time on this thread.

Some of the people that got in touch in 2018, 2019, 2020, are Predstan, orimaspencer, Benita, Yetunde, Dirichi, Brown2Green, Josefortune, and so many others I can't even remember their username on here. We talk one-on-one about issues as if we are friends. None of these people paid me kobo for all the assistance rendered during their challenging times to get admission and visa. They are all here.

At another point in 2018, about 15 undergraduate students from here created a WhatsApp group and made me one of its admin. We review transcript together, while I conduct mocks for them. All for free of charge. The group is still active till date.

I charge people for my time when they need my time and I am busy and had to put off personal work. I reserve the right to! It is my time. It is my life! With all the information on this thread plus the detailed posts on how to work on transcript, admission, assistantship, statement of purpose, etc, I have written here, if anyone contacted me privately, I reserve the right to charge them a fee for my time. How on earth am I a criminal for doing that?

Those who are dragging Fairheart here are just envious. If they get their facts right, I don't see why anyone would be so interested in what they don't understand. If they are intelligent and truly educated well in the United States, they should have contacted me and ask me how I do it, and why I ask for a fee. They are either angry because of my popularity and many mentions from successful applicants, or for reasons best known to them.

Justwise, I have never scammed anyone on and off Nairaland. Some months ago, a guy said I take 200k to fix an interview date. I asked him to post prove, he didn't. When I laid curses out for both of us, he kept quiet! When I asked him to tell me who told him, he couldn't. I realise that people take my popularity on Nairaland for negative things. Till today, I am still baffled how agents get date for people while we cannot see appointment dates using conventional method, yet, I was accused I received payment for date fixing. I was also accused that I portray myself as the one that knows it all. Who doesn't know that this comes from a place of jealousy? When anyone post a question here, I try very hard to run through my experience since 2007 to pick ideas and information that could help. That is all I do. But people see different things differently.

Fairheart gets a lot of mention, perhaps, far more than any other user on this thread because I guide people well as if I am guiding myself for a successful visa application. The information I shared works. Orimaspencer is here; I edited his transcript, did mock for him. It worked that he referred his friends. He did not pay kobo! He just graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. There are so many others like him. What am I getting for the heart touched? Hates and libel from mad Nigerians who cannot even boast half of my profile in real life! It is not cool!

Justwise, I recently started charging a fee because it was becoming a burden to handle so many people at a go. At a stretch, I conduct group mock for 6 people at a time; I have done 30 applicants in a single session, and may be even more. When embassy resumed session for Spring 2021, over 80 Nairalanders were in my DM. You remember how tensed everyone were because they weren't sure they would get their visas and travel for studies because embassy was closed. The crowd was so much I was forced to create a WhatsApp group to put all of them. From Octover 2020 to today, the group is full, with 256 applicants--all from Nairaland, except 5 applicants that I am providing services on admission for.

Some of the applicants there paid me, most did not. Some of them have sent me over 100K after their approval to show appreciation. I have became good friends with some of them as well. It is a beautiful place and I am happy to have touched them in my little ways. My accusers have not done as much, and I can tell you that is why there is many mention of Fairheart here. This is the story, and I am proud to share with you and others. I put up myself to be judged!

What I am taking from all these name-calling and accusation is that, it is time to move on to a higher level. I have tried and touch lives in my little way, and I am proud I was used as a vessel of encouragement, motivation and joy for those who have came across me on this thread. One of them is even my potential future wife today. I have been rewarded and I am happy!

There is a way God reward men for their acts. I have been rewarded, and I am grateful! My time on this thread has now come to end and it is time to open up myself for the next phase of my life. I will be touching lives in a bigger way, and I know that if I am right with God He will take me far higher above those throwing indignation, bitterness, and hate.

If it's time for us to leave the small thing God gave to us but cling to it, He can create troubles that will push us forward. In my opinion, this is it!

Just imagine, I came online and seeing 54 mentions, just because of Fairheart. This thread is bigger than me and being here should not make prospective students miss important information or receive the help they need.

I will end it like this: If I have swindled people, take advantage of them or become their stumbling blocks to getting their visas, God will judge me and punish me! AMEN. But if I have offered myself as a source of hope, encouragement, free services; If I have given my time for free, stretch and go extra miles to help strangers from here, pray for them, help find solutions to their challenges in getting their admission and visas, whatever I do from now on will blossom. AMEN! Strangers will also come to my aid and I will always have abundance at every point in my life. AMEN!

Unto you, judges of Nairaland, Twoods, Prexy1999 and co. If what you accuse me of is not true, that I am a fraudulent person, may you receive misfortune and disappointments for this. May you be accused and punished for what you never do. AMEN! Ase!

Hi, I think your friend was very spot on , in telling you to apply for something in sync with your first degree. But then, work experience can fill in for this gap - if you feel the need to change your path to a differently related 2nd degree. You have more than 8 years experience that should suffice in augmenting this gap.

For visa approval, the consular would want to know what you've been doing since graduation from your first degree, and since it's entirely different you might as well want to master in your current place of assignment, I think that makes sense. Most especially if you'll be returning back to your current place of work. - seems like a continuity plan.

That's my 2cents. All the best.
Thank you so much for your time.

Ofcourse, it is foolishness when you are exposed. It is obvious to the blind who you are and what you are.

You have only less than 100 posts of hates and insults on NAIRALAND. Does that not defines who you are and what you are??
I thought about how someone can have so much time to post all he has ever post. A normal person doesn't behave like this. I think he may have mental problem, because a normal human being cannot be writing all he does. I think you should avoid him. See yourself as an elephant and see him as a mouse.

Your school will still give you ur I20. It shouldn't have a negative impact on your visa process, as this conditional information will not be stated on your I20. You dont have to say anything about it if you are not asked. Also if u are asked, DO NOT LIE. Just have a good reason to support why you have to take that course (in most cases it will be a prerequisite for a very important/compulsory course/courses you will have to take later on).

Anyone that Fairheart has helped and has Fairheart’s contact or is on any Fairheart groups knows the amount of people he does mock interviews for. If you also see his status you’d know that he has a target of 60 F1 approvals for the past 2 admission seasons and whenever someone is approved, he posts it. From this, one can make an educated guess. I honestly don’t know how defending someone makes me him.

conditional admission is a red flag but if it’s not stated on your I-20, I don’t think you have so much to worry about. Prepare a back up answer should in case it comes up tho.

you sound so foolish, Check my previous posts here and realize how dumb you are. There’s no reason I’d be replying you if not because y’all are trying to tarnish the image of someone you guys haven’t even helped half the people he’s helped.
You are the foolish one if you never know grin. Idiot !!!
