Sorry, again it depends on the design. As from 15 length of 12 mm rods. If the design includes beaming, the number will change significantly. If cars will drive over it, this will also affect the number.

For structural integrity, you need to beam ALL soakaway. That's best practice. Very popular for people to cut corners.

I agree with this. I beam all my pits. None of the ones I did so far will be driven over by a vehicle but it makes me sleep well at night.

Buying the materials won’t fix the issue. Someone still need to climb the roof to apply the sealant.

If possible to first enter the ceiling void and check before going to the roof to apply the sealant
