not just traffic ... some buyers don't like to use some registrars...

Most buyers just goes to GoDaddy to check or where they registered their current domain. That is why it is advised to list your domain on Afternic and Sedo

You can download any of these apps on APKPure or other APK third party marketplaces online.

An alternative is to change your country profile on your Google PlayStore to USA, then try re-downloading the apps, you shouldn't have an issue...
