Standard of living in Germany is much better especially if you are fortunate to live in state Capitals like Bavaria , Westphalia, Wurttenberg & Berlin.
I hope you'll be able to cope with the language barrier although most Germans understand & speak English but they would rather stick to their language. Some of them do have racist nature so prepare your mind towards some racial slurs.

Every documentation has been concluded pending the issuance of a travel visa .

I suggest u go to Spain first since it’s 90% try it out & then u can work on getting the German gig from there. Don’t close one door for another, keep em both open. It’s easy getting into other European countries once in europe

To be honest, Berlin is better. It's a better tech hub for programmers and tech guys alike.
Most people speak English in Berlin too.
But it's said, bird at hand is worth more than millions in the bush.

Spain is a beautiful country but the economy is nothing compared to Germany.
Since Spain is 90% complete and sure, I'd advice you grab the bird@hand for now.
The German Chancellor will be leaving office soon, the new Chancellor may equal new policies that may affect your stay in Germany.
Another factor is language: Spanish is more widely spoken in other continents of the world unlike German only spoken in Germany.
With a Spanish speaking ability on your CV, you could grab the whole of South America by the balls.
