What benefit is the display of hypersonic missile fire power when you are cash strapped to mass produce it. That is the case with Russia my friend. Its economy is in shambles. USA can go spending one billion per day and still remain militarily relevant in the world so don't poopoo its defense budget. What we do know is USA can afford to mass produce its own hypersonic cos it possesses the cash and resources to do so. Notice how Russia beats its chest all the time and is always the noise maker. A real gee moves in silence and saying Russia military is ahead of USA simply suggests you know nothing about warfare. War mongering is nothing to hype but trust me if the rubber were to meet the road, USA will wipe Russia off the face of the map. USA is strategically pointing at Russia by virtue if its base location all over the world and could attack Russia on many fronts if it comes down to it. Also Russia doesn't have the economy to sustain war attrition, trust me. War is more than your display of arsenal. All Putin is seeking attention 'cos the world power have virtually ignored him. USA is more wary of China than it is Russia which tells you all you need to know of the level of concern it has for Russia.
